Alex and Frank at the front desk were wonderful. They helped us get settled in and found us a room that met our needs even though it was a last minute change. The hotel is close to everything you need. La Rambla and the Barcelona Cathedral is just a 5 min walk from the hotel.

This was one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in. On check in, the staff were helpful and friendly and gave us a map with suggestions of where to go and transport routes. The room was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed. They cleaned the room thoroughly each day. The rooftop bar was lovely. Didn't use the pool as too cold but did use the loungers for sunbathing which was nice. Really enjoyed coming back to our room after long days of sightseeing. Felt really comfortable and was also very quiet/soundproofed which was amazing! Would 100% return

I loved everything with this hotel. Perfect location. The room was nice and big and had a sofa bed for my 12 year old. They offered a baby crib for my one year ond but it was not neccesary for us since he sleeps in our bed. The rooftop is very beautiful and served really great tapas and drinks. Everyone was really friendly and the design was 10/10👌. Very kids friendly. Breakfast was also 10/10. Will recommend to everyone I know and I will come back! ☺️

This is a hotel that knows its purpose. Everything is designed for the guest, and it shows. Many hotels are designed for a designer, and the staff is more interested in their cell phones than the guests, but this is a hotel focused on its mission and it shows.

Unfriendly staff at the front desk, both at check-in and when we had issues with our keys, room not cleaned during the unless you specifically ask for it, dated rooms, holes in the bed linnen, slow internet speeds. Only a few of the issues we faced during our 4 day stay. Also, does not honor Hotels.com Gold Level perks, don't know why they are allowed to say that they do. Cannot recommend and would not stay again. Location was ok.

We were provided with a room with a window facing the internal corridor area, i.e. no city views as advertised ( no access to natural light) and instead of a room upgrade as per VIP perks we were told that even though they have availability for an upgrade we would have to pay for it ( at a discounted rate off cause of E10 less per night, wow, what a deal)

The staff at the property were outstanding- especially Oumaima and Frank at the Front Desk. They both went out of their way to be helpful, always kind and polite. H10 should be proud to have such outstanding employees.

I had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child - age 17 on Expedia for this property. Even though there was no option to choose the age of my son as a baby, they said I selected that it would be 2 adults and a baby and that there was no other place for him to sleep. I was required to purchase another room. Very frustrated at both Expedia and the hotel for not handling this. This was the second time I have stayed at the hotel but will be the last.

The hotel has very elegant design! The room we stayed as a family of three was very comfortable and sound proof, so we could not hear the street noise and slept well. Bed was very comfortable. Our breakfast was included and breakfast options were just wonderful with great service. Food was delicious and fresh every day of our 8 days stay. Nadia at the market cafe was great providing us with freshly made coffee daily. Everyone at the market cafe offered outstanding service. What a great and hard working team! Front desk personnel was very polite and answered all our questions. Room was cleaned daily. Roof top of the hotel offers great view and selection of drinks. We had dinner there once (poke bowl) and it was delicious. Hotel is located in a great area in the center of the city and is very close to the Barcelona Cathedral, you can walk to the beach and other attractions the city has to offer. Great stay! I highly recommend this hotel!

Let me start by thanking the staff. All of them are incredibly professional and attentive to your needs. The hotels is located close to many attractions. 10 minutes from plaça Cataluña, Ramblas, cathedral and a plethora of great restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel is very fairly priced too. Try their roof top bar. Tasty tapas and plenty of drink options.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel. The location was extremely convenient, close to everywhere in Barcelona. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating which made my experience even more comfortable. Unlike many European hotels with relatively small rooms, the accommodations here were spacious and pleasant. Although my stay was short, I plan to choose this hotel for a longer stay on my next visit.

Amazing location. One-two blocs away of the turistic spots like the old and gothic quarters, ramblas, plaza catalunya, etc. You will be close enough to everything but not too close to be in the overcrowded areas. Hotel is very clean, silent, has a friendly staff and has cool shared areas.

Did not receive any upgrade with the VIP benefit. Was allocated a room on first floor which was right next door to rooms that wew being renovated so was awoken every morning with banging and drills coming from the adjoining room.

The property location is excellent. The decor is wonderful but the bathroom tiling was looking a bit worn so probably in need for a refresh soon. Check in was swift but the staff were quite abrupt and not overly friendly. No VIP amenity offered and special event like a birthday was not acknowledged which was quite disappointing. Overall a nice stay for the price.

My partner and I stayed back in September and we had the best time. We were extremely well looked after by the team, especially Eric who was incredibly helpful recommending everything to do and see in Barcelona. Great hotel in a very good location. Wish I updated to a suite with a terrace as the other options have no windows that face outside. Regardless, the rooms were clean, spacious and modern. The pool, albeit smaller than the pics, was great and offered beautiful views

A quick overnight on the last leg of our trip ! Great location. Explored the Gothic Quarter and Santa Catarina Market. Easy walk to La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya where we caught the Aerobus to the airport for our return home. Staff was great. We arrived early (12:30) from the train and our room was ready. I must have made a mistake when booking as they had us down for twin beds ( I guess I thought double meant a double bed -nope it means twins. ) anyhow they were able to put us in a room with a Queen/king bed for the same price! Phew. Pool and terrace closed for a private event but we could go to their sister hotel and use their amenities ( we didn’t) Beautiful boutique hotel with bar and restaurant. Staff gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. Very happy. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolute perfection!!! From the moment we arrived until our departure! Not only was it beautiful, but the staff was so helpful and welcoming. The attention to detail was evident in the hotel’s aesthetic! I was so happy I purchased the breakfast every morning! There was a large selection of options and they were delicious. We definitely plan on staying at any of the other H 10 hotels again!

It’s a nice boutique hotel. The check in was an unpleasant experience. But overall the hotel is lovely. The breakfast is amazing. It’s our second time staying at this hotel, we will probably try a different H10 hotel if we return to Barcelona.

Great desk staff., friendly and willing to help. We booked the suite and glad we did. Worth the money. Modern, large,spotless and well appointed. We especially liked the French doors that opened. Walking distance to gothic quarter and public transportation. Highly recommend

Location near the gothic quarter. Hotel wasn’t flexible to add a night, required two. We didn’t need two so we found another nearby. We know they would have sold our second night to someone else.

Great customer service in check in, immediately dealt with an issue we encountered and upgraded us. We were in a new room withing 2 minutes. Fab roof terrace and reasonable prices. Excellent place to stay, we will return.
