Nice, clean room in a cute little mountain town. Great shower. Excellent location for walking to restaurants. We loved Seven Suns coffee shop in the morning for bagels and coffee. Price was very reasonable as well.

Went to Shasta for skiing with my two sons. Nice room. Nice staff. Clean. Nice room. Near places to eat. Would go back.

We stayed in the premier suite. It was big and spacious for our family. Incredibly clean and beautiful. Loved it. We’ll be back!

We often stay here when we go snowboarding at Mt. Shasta. Clean rooms and helpful staff at an affordable price. Will definitely be staying here again.

Both front desk, staff (checking in and checking out) were very pleasant and friendly & also helpful with information on local places to eat, etc. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Nice view of Mt Shasta from the property. The housekeeping staff person even chased me down in the parking lot with my phone charger as we were leaving.

Check in with Topaz was great, she’s super friendly and professional. Our room was obviously not remodeled yet and having all the construction equipment taking over the parking lot was inconvenient. But overall for just an overnight stay we were comfortable enough.

This waa a lovely hotel..clean, quiet and the service was great. The young man who checked us in was very helpful and suggested a great pizza place for dinner. We will definately be back.

Not a fan of this “hotel”, it’s more like a hotel. The bed is super uncomfortable with sand paper feeling sheets and horrible pillows. I would not recommend staying here.

This place was a great deal for the quality. We stayed in November and they were so friendly. The room was clean and had all the basics needed. But add in a firepit and a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming us, and you have quality!

Rough check in. Three tries to get working keys. Comfortable but could be cleaner. Has seen better days, could use some love. Front desk was helpful through in all.

I've stayed here a few times on my way up/down the coast. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. It is conveniently located to any amenities you may need -- grocery, food, Starbucks, etc. The rooms are large enough where you feel there is plenty of room to put items and not be crowded. It's a great place!

The In at Mt Shasta was clean and comfortable. The room was very large and had a full size couch for relaxing after a long hike. The outdoor fire pit was lit in the evening and was a great place to unwind.

The staff was super nice!. The rooms were clean except for a few stains on the carpet and the beds were comfy.

Clean and Quiet. Easy walk for food. For whatever reason, the rooms were designed with the light switches for the bathroom outside of the bathroom? That took some getting used to.

It’s clean in a quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel it self needs a few upgrades. Chair in room was stained. The top of TV stand was chipped it made it look dirty.
