The valets were excellent and courteous. Front desk staff was very helpful when needed. The kickback time was a welcome treat which we hadn't been expecting. Hot tub and pool were relaxing.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond! From the check in, to checkout, the housekeeping, everyone was just so kind.

Short walk to PPG arena, delicious breakfast and the afternoon snack was great. Very nice room.

The free meal Friday night was ridiculous. They didn't bother to replenish the food. All we got were scraps. Very disappointed.

We came to stay the night so we could go to the Kane Brown concert. Drury never disappoints! I love staying here!

Our suite was very big and fit 5 adults in it just fine. The breakfast and dinner buffet were a plus, plus coffee and tea anytime of the day. All hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. The general manger went above and beyond for each hotel guest.

Most every aspect was exceptional except for the dirty socks found by the bed.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Used the gym which was very clean and visited the terrace which was beautiful

Overall, an amazing stay. The offering of dinner, drinks, and breakfast as part of your stay at no added cost is a great benefit. The room was spacious and the mattress was super comfortable. We will certainly stay here again when we're in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pittsburgh Drury Hotel. Everyone from the Valet attendant, to the front desk receptionist to the breakfast meal help went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. My only disappointment was the lack of milder coffee at breakfast, there was only an extremely strong, bold selection available!
The room was very clean and nicely decorated!

Wonderful hotel, staff was friendly, the amenities were above expectations. Only complaint, no extra rolls of toilet paper and no extra tissues in bathroom. Wife could have also used an actual comforter on the bed, but these are small complaints considering how great everything else was.

Terrible beds.
Nobody slept well.
Halls smelled like marijuana constantly.
Food was ok- not great.
Valet was overpriced but with handicapped traveler….. a must. As no other options.

The room we had was quite large with two comfortable queen beds plus a pull out couch. The mini fridge was a mini mini fridge. The pool/hot tub are a nice size. The breakfast and happy hour are both hearty meals. Valet was quick and the front desk staff was helpful. Do not miss the sign when on Grant Street or you will pass right by...

The service was excellent, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is close to where we needed to be. The Valet allowed us to keep our car close by. Free drinks and apps and breakfast!

Everything was great except the parking situation. Everything was clean, hotel is beautiful, location is awesome! However we had to wait 1.5 hours to receive our valet parked car. It was NYE so it was a special occasions but the valet staff acted as if this was a pretty typical situation. We rebooked another hotel for the next time we plan to be in Pittsburgh because of this situation.

The staff and atmosphere are amazing. Food for breakfast and dinner tasted great with a lot of options. My teen kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My only even slight complaint was valet service was very chaotic during check in and check out times. Waited well over an hour for my car at check out.

Overall the hotel and the location is fantastic. You are right in the centre for everything. The services that you are given between the bistro and the breakfast buffet. All of it was great. The staff were very kind and very helpful. Our room was a little beat up, a few holes in the ceiling and paint off the wall. But overall was very clean.

Five minutes from Steelers stadium. I did not get my free drink vouchers, nor was I told about it until I left. Wsnted to get food, but bartender was too busy flirting to even acknowledge I had sat down. After fifteen minutes of no food and no greeting, I went to bed. I didn't know until after it closed that they had a hot tub...the breakfast was nothing special. Scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy which I don't est,and hard potatoes. Nothing fancy...no parking on property available. Was not stated on website that you can valet for$35.00 a night or park in parking garage and walk. I am handicapped and it would be a 30 min walk from garage. Was not worth the money I spent to stay...next time I will just drive to Ohio and go to families house

I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was a line of cars to pull up to the entrance to check in- the valet service was very efficient. Check-in was quick. Although our room was directly in front of the elevator, we put a towel under the door to block noise. The restaurant at the top of the stairs was a nice place to grab something quick to eat. The breakfast staff were nice and replenished food quickly.

We were not permitted to park in the hotel garage as there is height restriction (less than 7 feet… crazy). There were other spots available that weren’t in the garage but the valet refused to allow us to use. We had to park at the Grey Hound bus depot. Not cool . Although the room was very spacious, it was also very dark and dreary. No natural light, and the lighting was subpar. The decor is also completely outdated. It’s not what I expected for a hotel that was so highly reviewed. The beds were also really uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

They forgot to clean my room for two nights in a row. Even with multiple requests

Everything is wonderful except there was a 3 hour wait for food at the on site restaurant.fantastic otherwise.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. The complimentary food and drinks were very enjoyable. My partner and I enjoyed a dip in the pool and hot tub after a long day. Would stay here again!

I had a very good experience during my stay. The property is new and it is a historic federal building converted in to hotel. Breakfast area is stil preserved and it is original teller area. They also have original giant vault doors in the basement. It is different and deserves a visit!

I’ve been to maybe 60 different hotels in my life but by far the best. The staff is friendly, helpful, and overall more than I could ask for. Anytime I’m in Pittsburgh, I will stay there

2nd stay at this hotel. It's gorgeous with so much original art deco design from the 30's. The rooms are very spacious with comfy beds, microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast is plentiful with eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins & waffle station. In addition, free coffee & tea 24 hours plus soda machine too. I will be back!

A WONDERFUL experience. With the exception of the parking fee, a true value! The hotel staff were wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend the Drury Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh.

This was the second time staying at a Drury property. The first time was earlier this year in Columbia, MO. That stay was marked by the hotel being overrun by families attending a baseball tournament where kids were allowed to run through the halls well past midnight and trash was strewn about the halls and lobby. Additionally, the pool was filled with intoxicated adults who were very focused on loudly sharing their expletive-laced, racist views of the world with one another. At that point, we wrote this brand off, but as this was the only property we could find in downtown Pittsburgh that fit our needs, we decided to give them another chance. The property itself and the service is adequate, but yet again, the other guests and the inability of the staff to compel said guests to adhere to hotel policy, made the stay horrific. The family in the room next to us entered and exited their room every 15-20 minutes, allowing the door to slam behind them, from 5 PM until 2 AM. They yelled and screamed at such volume that we could clearly hear them in our room. At midnight, I called guest services and asked them to remedy the situation. To their credit, someone was sent up to tell the family that they would need to reduce the volume of their activities. But twenty minutes later, they resumed the door-slamming and yelling. We won't be back to this chain in Pittsburgh or in any other city.

We stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary in the city. It was in short walking distance to many restaurants.
