Great hotel near airport. Never heard a plane fly by. Only thing is there is not a microwave in the rooms and parking can be a bit of a hassle. And $20 a night to park is too much. Breakfast was good

Based on the design and condition of the hotel and my room, I thought this was a recently constructed building; I was told it was 5 or 6 years old. Amazing, it is spotlessly clean, near the airport, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be my LA hotel!

Great hotel: clean, nice staff, great free breakfast. Also, I accidentally messed up my dates. The reps at hotels.com and this Hampton switched my dates (even though it was the day of) very efficiently through the hotels.com app.

My stay was for 7 nights. There was someone always at the front desk to great guests or assist with questions. The cleaning staff was busy throughout the day. They worked diligently to keep the area clean. I was located on the first floor and the noise level was minimal. The view was of the parking garage next door but that was fine. I made the trip to spend with my daughter not to lookout the window. The room was spacious and well kept. There were bottles attached to the wall in the bathrooms for shampoo, conditioner, gel soap and lotion. Again this was fine because those little bottles given never are enough. There was a safe, iron, iron board, coffee, refrig, microwave and hair dryer. However there was no dresser which was weird, only a closet with 6 or 7 hangers. I had a king bed and there was a pull out couch. Very nice overall. Breakfast was presented well. If you left hungry in the am that's on you. The grab and go breakfast was always gone before 6-7 am so I never was able to grab one however the buffet breakfast worked well. The major draw back was housekeeping in the rooms. There is none. If you wanted a service it was by request but they never entered the room. The needed items such as towels or coffee were left outside your door. After a day trip it is nice to have a refreshed room, not everyday but at least twice during a 7 night stay. I think they should revisit the concept of maid service. The outside seating area needs better attention. Overall a good stay!

We had a great time at the Hampton Inn. Very close to the airport and easy to access. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was super clean. Great Breakfast. Will come back.

Friendly staff and room was typical hotel room. There is an onsite bar with plenty of seating serving typical bar food. And the portions are HUGE. Bar was short staffed as it seemed there was only one person cooking and serving. Unfortunately there isn't much around the hotel in terms of food choices. But it met our needs.

The room smelled moldy and was run down. Not up to the standards of Hampton Inn. I think when you book through Expedia many hotels give you their worst rooms!! Do not stay at this hotel, their website leads you to believe they have a shuttle from Lax and after you book a few days later they send you an email to say they no longer offer this service. They need to take this off their website. Worst Hampton in. I have ever stayed at!

Pros: We reserved a suite that included a microwave, refrigerator, and the ability to get ice on the same floor. Overnight parking was $20 and breakfast was included, and we appreciated being able to eat in when we were too tired to go out at night. Cons: The property is located on a very busy street, which makes sleeping at night difficult. The management of the hotel should pay more attention to broken items. I wish I could include a video of a broken toilet paper holder that they tried to fix but made worse. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel with a great location for travelers to the LAX area. Very comfortable bedding, quiet (despite being next to LAX) and the staff is great. Friendly and professional. Breakfast is good and convenient.
