I rarely write bad reviews because I can generally find the good things in everything. So let me start with the good news: the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was spacious, and the front desk staff were generally nice. I'll list off the things that I was disappointed in, and you can decide whether it deserves the bad rating: 1) there is a hotel policy of only heat available November-April, and only air conditioning May-October. On our trip it was very hot during the last week of April and we could not use any fan for air movement (because it was heat). The only way to open the small exterior window was to climb up on an unsafe ledge. With the window open, the only air we got was from the smokers in the courtyard below. The front desk staff did not offer any help. 2) While the room was beautiful and spacious, it had many things that were non-functional, such as no towel hooks near the shower, and the shower took 5+ minutes to get any warm water. 3) When we arrived the toilet seat was broken - clearly the cleaning staff did not report this, or else they did not clean our toilet. The seat was not fixed the entire time were were there. While these are not huge issues, I had higher expectations from a highly-rated boutique hotel.

A high quality hotel with clean, updated rooms, various amenities, a helpful staff, and a prime location. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a modern, luxury hotel in the central area of Tbilisi.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast is great, and you can easily walk to all the cool parts of Tbilisi. I would definitely stay here again!

Ok hotel. Breakfast was quite expensive. Restaurant you can reach from outside. Don’t need to be staying at hotel. It was 40% less expensive to go there and eat when I paid. And they didn’t know I was staying at hotel. Ate the same. Stayed there for some days. Had clothes in cabins. It was so dirty I couldn’t use some of the clothes. And hotel did nothing to fix it. Or give me cheaper stay. Overall, stay at another hotel.
