This hotel is exceptionally good . You feel safe and is quite nice place with access to restaurants close by. The staff and service was very hospitable. Breakfast was good as well . We will definitely book again . Thanks

Everything is pretty good except the noisy level is very high. You can hear the people walk and talk in the hallway while you in the room. We were in the first floor and while we slept, we heard people walking on the ceiling. If your sleep is light, that’s very Tortured.

Pleasantly surprise on how upscale everything feels. Breakfast was excellent. I would be recommending this hotel as a place to stay in the future.

Like close to everything very convenient. Dislike elevator no good how do you step several times because elevator button would not engage. The elevator would not go up and down only had one elevator.

We chose this hotel based on the 9/10 review in Expedia, but our family's stay turned out to be quite disappointing. The bathroom in the suite was surprisingly small, the hairdryer didn't function properly, and the quality of the bathroom tissues was subpar. Additionally, the noise from the upstairs neighbors' footsteps and the elevator operation was clearly audible upon opening our room door.

My friend and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good. Most impressively, the front desk staff was excellent -- very attentive to detail and the communication between the night person and the day person was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was an average. The AC unit was old and loud. The TV disconnects from time to time and the staff member showed me how to reboot. Not very happy with my choice, as it was very close to busy freeway.

Room wasn't ready until 4:10pm. Got a handicap accessible room, big and clean, but located at a back corner right next to the staff room. Clearly hear the rolling cart in & out, people talking loud at the door.

Avoid this hotel and pay a little extra to stay at nearby brand name chains. I was fooled by the 9/10 reviews and pictures, to choose this one over other hotels. As soon as I checked in, I regretted. The remodel is a very cheap cosmetic job. Bathroom corners and furnitures look stained and dirty. Walls are very thin as you can hear conversations next door and people walking around in other floors. The worst is the urine smell in the room, not sure if it’s from the carpet. Disgusting. I had to cancel the remaining nights right away.

The air conditioner is too old and really noisy. Sleeping at night is a kind of torture. The cleanliness of the room is okay. I am a little disappointed in the online booking.
