It took sometime to check in even though I completed everything online. Then I had my young nieces with me and this young man came in the pool area with a big pit bull and thought it was funny. People jumped out of the pool grabbing their children and running. That could have caused many casualties. The front desk was notified and came in the pool area and told him he had to leave with the dog because he still was there after people was leave. Now how did he come through the front desk with that humongous dog and no one at the front desk noticed.
The gentleman thought it was funny and saw all the children and older people.

We had an amazing time. 10 out of 10. We were there for my daughter's birthday party they had an amazing time food was amazing. The kickbacks were amazing I would definitely be returning for myself.
The best time to swim is early. After that sometimes it is a lot of kids in there and a little crowded but it was also spring break so that's probably why it was also very crowded that week. Also there is a good amount of seating but if it's a lot of people in there you may want to get there early so you can get a good seat for dinner and breakfast.

From the time i walked in the door till i walked out after check out the experience was amazing. Great hotel for the price. The 5.30 experience was great as well the food and drinks were spot on . The hotel was clean and quiet and a great view of the space center just add to the experience

Stephen checked us in. He was exceptionally nice and very helpful. Very nice rooms, great breakfast, kids loved the pool! The rates were reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Elisse at the front desk was extremely warm and accommodating! She was courteous and wanted to ensure her guest enjoyed their stay. She is definitely a reason for us to return besides the property being extremely clean and nice.

I am unsure if this is a new policy, though the lady (white lady) who checked me in asked if the reservation was correct, and I said I guess it is. She then asked 2 adults, no children. I said sure, yes. She asked what is the name of the other adult, I needed to register them with the room. I said there is no other adult, though if there was, why do you need to register them to the room? She said they needed to be registered to the room. I said, "Well, it's only me". Then she proceeded to say so you only need one key, and only provided me with one key as there were two keys in the paper key holder. I've stayed in a lot of places, and I have not had this exchange before. I asked not to be placed on the 1st so she placed me on the 2nd floor by the elevators.

I had no idea they had both a complimentary breakfast as well as drinks and dinner. It was a pleasant surprise. Staff was very nice, hospitable. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Easy access to roadways. Little traffic.

Staff at the Drury was super! Very clean and a great value. I couldn’t believe the complimentary buffet & beverages! This location is also convenient to UAH, research park and lots of other dining options. We would definitely stay again.
