Safe, quiet, easy parking, superb East Indian restaurant on site, easy access to Zion National Park.

The staff were helpful and I am thankful but the hotel itself was very unclean, carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and the doors to the outside wouldn’t close properly.

The breakfast is pretty much non existence and the room was dirty all of the appliances and lights were unplugged and half of them didn't work anyway i would say the best part was definitely leaving amd the whole place smells you will want to spray your room down before you even go in

The toilet rocket also no screen on the window and smelled dirty bathroom shower heater didnt work. Left 1 day early because of the room. Not happy with this hotel i guess you get what you pay for i will never stay there again.

Its clean property ,rooms also , and everything what you need in rooms . Just breakfast need more something stronger ,like eggs, or hot dogs .

Room was affordable and had some modern conveniences. Walls need to be painted had paint peeling off near the floor. Only a few of the lights in the room worked. Asked the front desk for light bulbs to install in the lamps and bathroom and then the worked but the ceiling lights still didn't. Water in the shower took a while to get warm but once it did it was fine. Would have liked a hairdryer to use. Continental Breakfast was good but wish it started at 6 AM and not 7AM, and possibly had some variety of bagels not just plain.

The bathroom was really dirty and there was stain on the towels. I would not recommend it!

Room was extremely dirty. The bathroom door had scratches like a dog was stuck in there. Smelt so old. Lights didn’t worm

Mixed. Staff was friendly and polite. The room had been remodeled, but carpet had a lot of staining, lights were out in the vanity, and there were other condition issues. A hair dryer was provided on request. Outdoors was in need of maintenance. But the big story is the included "breakfast." Just don't. Coffee was full of grounds, as if no filter had been used. Margarine, I just don't even know... the little individual tubs were mostly open, their seals laying loose in the bucket, and they were all mixed together. The product had begun to separate. Milk was offered without refrigeration or ice. The dining area was chilly. Offerings included waffles, toast, and cold cereal. On the good side, beds were comfortable, everything worked, and we slept well.

Beds were hard and the street noise was loud in our area but the staff was very friendly and helpful. People in 115 and 116 had barking dogs.

This is a great value. Amazing staff, great breakfast, clean and quiet. The attached Indian restaurant is amazing as is the Mexican restaurant 0.1 miles away.

The rooms were nice and everything was clean. The hallway outside the room had a strange odor sort of like burnt rubber.

Parking area was scary, unlit, uncared for.

Really great hotel for the price! Spacious room, hot showers with tons of water pressure, free breakfast, kind staff! I'll definitely be back!

The outside looked a bit shabby but the rooms were large a clean. It could do with a little maintenance but otherwise it was well worth the price.

The front office apprentice did an excellent job checking us in.

It's a great budget property. There was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room - very welcome. There were lots of places to put our suitcases away. Everything was a little rundown, and a little ugly. But it was clean and comfortable, and my family very much enjoyed our stay there.

This was the only place available in the St. George area. Plus: Very comfortable beds. Good hot water for showers. TV worked! Quiet. Negatives: Breakfast food was gone when we got there. We had a cup of OJ and drove to Cedar City for breakfast. Very old building. Hard water stained toilet. Glad we had a place to stay but would choose another place if possible.

Adequate place to stay for a budget, but could have used encasements on mattresses and box springs. Parking was tight.

Service and care by the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was basic but ok. Would stay again.

This is a unique property in a small town. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The place was quiet.

Sigh, where to begin. Let's start with property condition: chunks out of the trim, scrapes on the wall, tv not working, could use the light coming from the hall through the door as a night light, drawer held in place with a folded up napkin... Look, I'm not high society and am pretty humble but this is only the beginning. We were given a room right next too the exterior door THAT DID NOT LOCK (in fact could not be closed). Any person could waltz right in that had no business being there and our room had an extra non-operational door right next to it. The whole reason we got this hotel was because it was pet friendly. Well, with the walls and ceilings being paper thin, our pup was as restless as we were. After realizing what we were dealing with, we packed our things and asked for a refund for the other two nights (we weren't even asking for that night) and they refused (tried saying we'd have to take it up with Expedia, which confirmed it was the hotel that should have refunded). ON TOP OF ALL THIS: They asked for a pet deposit for each night you stay IN CASH (assuming to avoid having to pay taxes on this). I know the price for this hotel can be tempting but please take it from us that it is NOT WORTH IT. Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble, and money, and get a real place to stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The restaurant attached was delicious and for the price, you can’t beat it. Close enough to Zion and multiple gas stations around. Would definitely recommend this hotel
