Clean, comfortable, and well appointed room and kitchenette, with comfy beds. The kids loved the pool and game room, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had at a hotel. We definitely plan on staying again!

The stay was alright but for the price I expected more. The suite was only one large room instead of two separate. I asked for a late check out the night before because my son was sick and they said I had to call in the morning. So I did and then apparently all the late checkouts were taken by diamond hilton honors members. So I’d you’re rich enough to be a diamond member it would be great.

The accommodations are spacious and located right opposite a bus stop that takes you to the Steamboat Ski resort. The bus runs approximately every 20 minutes and takes less than 15 minutes.
Homewood suites serves a good breakfast and we definitely took advantage of the indoor hot tub after skiing. A good base for skiing but about 3 miles from downtown Steamboat.
You can get to downtown Steamboat quickly by car (and the parking is free at Homewood Suites) and again there is a free bus run by the town. However the bus from Homewood suites goes to the ski resort where you need to transfer to another bus to go downtown. I did not try this but expect it could add a lot of time.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was. The hotel had great amenities and was clean and the efficiency kitchen well appointed. The breakfast says it's available until 10:00; however they stop replenishing early, so make sure you're there by 9:00. Kind of a bummer for sleepy, hungry teenagers.

This hotel was clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good selection of snacks, microwave meals, single beers, bubbly rose, ice cream treats and toiletry essentials next to front desk. super new place and friendly manager. PErfect for weekend stay if you don't want to pay for a condo. easy drive to free parking at lower knoll near mountain base - if you don't mind a walk to gondola and lifts

Becarful when swimming in the pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing cold and my daughter cut the bottom of her toes.

Beautiful hotel right on the outskirts of Steamboat. Check in was easy, Eric got us checked in very quickly. Our room was a suite with a king bed, tons of space and full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Only complaint was the fan in the bedroom would not turn on. Everything else was great and clean. Bed was comfy. Huge breakfast spread which was awesome. We checked out on the morning of a massive snow storm and Kate at the front desk was AMAZING. She helped us tremendously with some questions about the drive and some advice for the direction we were going. Truly appreciated her help and how sweet she was.

The hotel was beautiful. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. But everything was so clean. Even the carpet felt clean! Kitchen had drink cups, coffee & they gave us bottles of water when we checked in. The breakfast was well stocked & everyone seemed to like it. It had something for everyone.

This is was one stop over the course of 7 nights of travel. By far the BEST customer service. Extremely clean and above average breakfast the next morning. We would most definitely stay again if we return to the area. And recomment 5 STARS across the board.

Weather was perfect! Hotel was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything.
There was a huge sports competition that weekend so there were lots of kids and families and parking was limited but still overall a great hotel experience.

Great property. Room was great/clean/comfortable. The breakfast was large and lots of options. Eggs and potatoes were very odd tasting.
There was a kids hockey team so lots of running around late at night.

A lot of road noise. Shower/tub: tub too slick, so had to hold on to the bar thru the whole shower. Wood floors needed cleaning. They were swept but not clean. Frig ice maker had no water hookup. That is why they provide an ice bucket for a run down the hall. Couch cushions are wore out so uncomfortable. It’s the little things that takes an experience from food to excellent.

Our stay here was Great! This is our second trip to Steamboat both times we have stayed at this hotel and the cleanliness in our room was well it felt like home. Very clean friendly and helpful staff, and the views this time of year from our suite your absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a relaxing stay!!

This hotel is beautiful and immaculate. My room was so spacious. The reception area staff were wonderful.
The only suggestion I have is to ask shower cleaning staff to leave the shower head pointed down. I am petite and couldn’t reach the shower head to adjust, so the bathroom flooded a bit.
I would stay at this place many times. It was that nice!

Beautiful hotel room if you are staying for awhile. The room had a kitchen which we did not use, but this suite had plenty of room. Would highly recommend for a family.

Hotel appeared to be very new. Room was large with kitchen area that had full size refrigerator. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Digital key option made checking in and out quick and easy.
