Their check-in and check-out procedures were not the best, I left the hotel without a receipt as the system was always down. when I paid online, it was 2000cfa to the hotel but when I got there, the receptionist charged me about 7000 cfa with no good explanation.

Avoid this property at all cost. I paid Expedia a total of $307.24 for a two night stay for 1 person. The hotel charged my card an additional $543.47 (yes five hundred forty three American dollars). The very definition of "Highway Robbery" Avoid. Avoid Avoid

On Expedia, it stated I would have breakfast included and come to find out, on the day of the checkout, I was told that I would have to pay for breakfast which was the morning after my Checking in, that option was no longer available.

The hotel in centrally located and in a very safe area. It is clean, has a stable internet connection, with friendly staff, an amazing breakfast buffet and a beautiful terrace / pool area. When compared to other hotels I have stayed stayed in during trips to Douala in recent trips, the value for money at ONOMO is on point. Highly recommended for other business travellers.

I could not make it into Cameroon in regards to visa getting rejected. They do not refund your money also they make you pay in full upfront before you make it into the country

Nothing unique. Would benefit from a bit more lighting in the corridors. The auto lighting systems is eco friendly but just a feeling of darkness

This is a brand new hotel only been open for 2 weeks, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food was limited to buffet, could do with a snack menu for the bar. Biggest issue with the room is that the shower tray had no stop lip and so every time I took a shower the room flooded, this will need to be fixed in all the rooms asap or the floors will start to buckle.The price could double and it would still be value for money.
