Canopy by Hilton was fantastic! The location is safe and felt somewhat secluded even though it was in a VERY busy area. The entire hotel was immaculate, the front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that there was no microwave anywhere on site. However, everything else made up for that! The walls were thick and noise was never an issue. Beds were comfy!

Stay was excellent, staff very friendly and restaurant Wayward was great. Only problem was with door entry key the battery went on keypad. Staff took care of it immediately.

I wish the hotel offered room service with the resturants they have down stairs. Vallet parking was sketchy and double the price as a garage a half a block down.

The hotel provided a nice environment and was in a great central location for enjoying the city! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The only real criticism was that there wasn’t shampoo in the bathroom on the first evening when I was really needing a nice shower after a long day and it took two requests to finally get it.

We enjoyed our stay at Canopy. The only negative was the room was very small for a family of 4. Otherwise the room was nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved that we were in walking distance to many attractions and food options. We will definitely be returning!

Alberte at the front desk was FANTASTIC- she answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations! The room was clean and the design is GREAT. Our only complaint is the bed was not good, kinda soft lumpy is the only way to describe it! But overall a great hotel we have stayed at several times!

The hotel lounge was very loud, and had bass heavy music playing from late afternoon into the evenings. There was no relaxing space to chill. The hotel aesthetic was beautiful but wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were very welcoming at check in and the stay was comfortable. Also the location of the hotel is perfect. Surrounded by food and places to shop. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. Our shower had hair in the drain and what looked like old soap on the drain. Also our glasses that we never used were covered in a dried on stain.

This hotel was great and very close to the Reading Terminal entrance to the convention center. My husband even lost his ring and I called and they found it right away for him and held it till we got back.

I really like the style of this hotel and have stayed a number of times. This time was less comfortable, as the AC/heat in the room worked poorly overnight, causing the room to be very warm while I was trying to sleep.

Easy checkin process, greeted with smiles. Valet was a great option. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy! Only 1 thing that was annoying factor we had the AC running and it made an annoying noise throughout the night. Other than that 10/10, I recommend! I will definitely book again.

I thought that the location of this hotel was really convenient, central but not too loud. The theming of the hotel was really cool--it felt young but still really put together. It felt like a hotel that was a destination, which I really love. The service was excellent and everyone we interacted with was really nice. I would definitely come back on future Philly visits.

The room phone never worked. Had to use my personal phone to request service. Requested bell cart service, never showed. Requested because I had my child with me. After retrieving a cart from the lobby the key didn’t work for the elevator. After getting the key reset, the key didn’t work for the room. Had to go back downstairs and there was only 1 attendant on duty and she was bogged down with guest. Had to grab an employee who kindly took me to the room and let me in. Visit Philly every other week and have stayed in a number of hotels around the city and in close proximity to the Canopy. Will probably never choose to stay at this Canopy again.
