It was a good stay. The staff was Friendly. The only issue was the water being cut off and theb coming back on dirty for a while.

Great stay at the Hampton Inn Blue Ridge, GA. Excellent location for exploring the downtown area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Maid service was great. My only complaint is the lack of gluten free breakfast items.

The hotel in general was good, for the most part. The exterior room doors and windows are of poor quality and allowed external noises to permeate the living quarters, making it very difficult to fall asleep.
The pros of being close to everything wonderful in town are great.

Great location for walking around Blue Ridge. Great staff and very easy check in/out. Will definitely stay again!

We booked at Hampton Inn, rather than a mountain cabin like we usually do, because we were riding the train on this trip and no one is more convenient to the train than Hampton Inn.
Our favorite part of the experience was the wonderful Breakfast Manager (sorry I can't recall her name), but she was perfect for that position.
There were a few complaints: we had to ask to have our room cleaned and get clean towels; the soap dispenser in the shower was empty; and the alarm clock had not been reset since time change weeks ago, I guess. And guests cannot set the time on it.
But those were just nit-picking.
Overall, a good stay, and we will likely be back.

Very lovely place to stay in Blue Ridge right near the action. Staff was extremely friendly and common area very cozy. Rooms were comfortable. Wish the restaurant had more vegetarian and fish options

If you're a stickler for cleanliness, this is an excellent choice. Our room was spotless, and the floor did not have the icky carpet many other hotels have. People were accommodating and friendly. The rooftop bar was enjoyable, as well.

We booked a room last minute for the weekend as we were traveling to Blue Ridge. We had never been but, someone had told me there was a new Hampton Inn. This is the perfect location to visit this cute town, especially at the holidays. Well located and and it had all the amenities we needed. Will stay again but, a "balcony" room doesn't have a balcony. Heads up not worth the extra cost.

My check-in would have been great but hotels.com dropped the ball and forgot to change my edited down reservation with the hotel so nothing matched and the hotel was on the phone with hotels.com for over 30 minutes including me texting with hotels.com

Elevator wasn’t working. TV channel in bar stopped shortly after most people started watching a football game.

We traveled a long 14 hours for 10 day vacation .
I expected to have someone at the desk to at least say welcome to blue ridge . But he jus got our keys and sent us on our way . The location was very convenient. We walked to most places . After 4 days , I asked for housekeeping to change our sheets . The made the bed and empty the trash . Next day , I request the sheets to be changed again . Finally ! I feel that we shouldn’t have to ask for service , esp since our hotel bill was almost 4000.$
The breakfast was ok but nothing we wanted to do again. My husband copd and has to have the room cool. Every night the unit wouldn’t run ; it stopped running as soon as we got in bed .

I thought the rooms were great and had all the things I needed. It was clean and I especially appreciated that there was no carpeting. The big problem was nobody mentioned that the scenic train outside would start its noisy engine at 7:30AM. It was so loud I had to leave the room and go sit in the lobby.

The accommodations were very good. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was courteous, but made very little effort to assist with an early check in.

Good- Loved location. Bad- Expedia had wrong (invented) name which prolonged check-in. Sheets were very worn and blanket was questionable if clean. Room seemed clean enough. Breakfast- stale bagels. Lacking for this price point.

Perfect location right downtown. Nice pub upstairs with a balcony really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and new , very good breakfast. Housekeeping was terrible - they never came to clean our room in 4 days even after i had to call repeatedly for clean towels and empty the trash. Manafer was told and i received extra points for hilton honors but nothing else.

Hotel is new, rooms are clean and spacious. The train in front of the hotel starts up in the morning and is pretty loud but we weren't sleeping in so it didn't bother us. They have a secure parking lot on site as well.

Nothing special - but for 2 people not enough towels. They charge for parking and don't tell you - parking on street is free. VERY late check-in 4pm (it does say that on website). Overall an average hotel, we could have stayed else where for less money.
