It was our second stay in this hotel, we’ve chosen it new it was new and room was with good size

On our second stay, our items (Polaroid, jacket, perfume) was stolen, it was on 31 of December which was extremely surprising. We had a whole week of investigation with hotel. Reception stuff is terrible, they are making fun of people always gossiping at the counter, do not prioritize any request. Also are room was lower with quality then we expected

Fenster konnten nicht gekippt werden, dadurch stand zwischenzeitlich das Kondenswasser auf den fensterstreben trotz Dryfunktion der Klimaanlage. Bad hatte nur eine Glasschiebetür, welche nicht für all zu viel Privatsphäre sorgte. Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden

Cute slice view of the East River. Location is a short walk from trains. Nice to not be in Times Square mess. Excellent costumer service.

I didn't like the door to the bathroom, as it wasn't a sealed shut door. Also no fan in the bathroom so bring your poo spray. But that's just design issues not really bad, just a personal preference note.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und ist mit neuster Technik (TV) ausgestattet. Im Keller gibt es ein Fitnessstudio mit guten Geräten.

- Im Zimmer gab es nur 3 Kleiderbügel und nahezu keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Kleidung außer einem Stuhl (keine Haken o.Ä.) - Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, in dieser Zeit lediglich 1mal versuchter Zimmerservice. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier musste ich selbst neue anfordern/holen. - Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal: Ich war mit dem zugewiesenen Zimmer nicht ganz glücklich und meine Nachfrage, ob ein anderes Zimmer verfügbar ist in einem höheren Stock wurde mit der Aussage verneint, dass es keine Zimmer höher geben würde. Beim Auschecken habe ich einen anderen Angestellten gefragt, ob es auch möglich ist mit meiner Zimmerkategorie ein höheres Zimmer zu bekommen. Das bejahte er. Die Dame beim Checkin hatte wohl keine Lust auf die Änderung. Ich habe um ca. 16:30 Uhr eingecheckt und das Hotel war nicht voll. - Frühstückspersonal war bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr unfreundlich. Aus irgendeinem Grund war unsere Zimmernummer nicht auf der Frühstücksliste und wir sollten jedes Mal 25$ p.p. zahlen. Wir mussten jeden Tag erklären, dass wir Frühstück gebucht haben. Jeden Tag wurde bei der Rezeption angerufen und das Problem scheinbar geklärt, übrigens immer ohne "Good morning" oder "sorry for inconvenience". Tiefpunkt war der dritte Tag, die Dame hat so widerwillig die Abfrage an der Rezeption gemacht, dass sie nur die Augen verdreht hat. Es war wohl sehr schwierig die Liste zu aktualisieren und wir mussten uns jeden Tag noch blöder anmachen lassen. - Die Infos an der Rezeption bezüglich Frühstück haben leider auch nicht gestimmt. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück am Montag bis 10:30 Uhr ist. Wir waren um kurz vor 10 Uhr da. Die freundliche Ausnahme beim Frühstückspersonal sagte uns, dass es bereits geschlossen ist, wir aber noch Essen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen dürften. Sehr nervig, wenn man extra nachfragt und dann falsche Infos bekommt.

Very clean and amazing staff! I book 2 rooms they managed to keep them both on the same floor level plus both room had great views of the city and ocean view! Definitely will be coming here again!

La posizione è nel cuore del Financial District, a 5 minuti a piedi da Wall Street con annessa fermata della metro che però é chiusa nei giorni festivi e nel weekend. L'hotel è carino, pulito e curato, si trova in una zona relativamente tranquilla di Manhattan vicino a molti posti dove fare colazione o mangiare qualcosa durante la giornata.

Que mi esposa se fue a servir un café en el lobby y le dijeron que tenía un costo de 2 dólares, cuándo nos habían dicho antes que era cortesía del hotel, la verdad no me parecio muy gentil de la persona.

The room and bathroom was decorated nicely. We had a view of the water from our room which was very nice. The area around the hotel was quiet and safe.

Für mich das perfekte Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in NYC! Hatte noch nie eine sooo tolle Aussicht von meinem Zimmer aus. Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Für mich hat alles gepasst.

Wir waren bereits das 2.Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war toll (26.Stock).

Es war etwas schwierig die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Zimmer zu bekommen. Und jetzt im Winter war der Boden sehr kühl.

la chambre était parfaite, joli vue sur la ville, fenêtre jusqu’au sol, literie faite tout les deux jours, l’hôtel est beau et le personnel aimable et agréable ! ps : l’ascenseur va super vite et bonne isolation ! ( les français aime bien râler pour rien mais dans cet hôtel tout est parfait ).

L’hôtel est très bien situé, nous étions proche de pratiquement tout (Port statut de la liberté, musée du 9/11 septembre, métro, centre commercial, Empire stade building). Super séjour !!

Il n’y avait malheureusement pas de micro-ondes et manque d’éclairage dans la chambre. Pour les groupes : favoriser plus de miroir dans la chambre.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past. In fact, this was my second time there in 2023. I was very surprised at the unprofessional staff, including one for consistently rolled her eyes while I was checking in, and when I asked questions. I also had a issue where my security was breached when my luggage was moved from one room to another. One of my bags was clearly opened and breached during the move to another room. The management took no accountability and helping to resolve my concerns and investigate the issue While I was there. Very disappointing. I will definitely consider other properties during my next visit.

Location is wonderful. A block from the water with views from the balcony. A great value for the space and location in the S St Seaport/ Financial District.

Location was good, easy and close to place of interest in FiDi area. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The room cleanliness. They should upgrade the cleaning as the room was very dusty and hair everywhere.

The room was a good size, the water view was nice, the bathroom was great, and the open refrigerator was a bonus! Also, the speed of the elevators was much better than in other hotels where I have stayed.

The hotel is good for people who are on a workday business trip in the Financial District, but there are not as many nearby restaurants and other night life activities for non-business/weekend travelers. One day, I put the DND sign on the door, and housekeeping still banged on the door to see if I wanted service. The price of wine in the store downstairs is understandably marked up (for convenience), but $24 for a 'half' bottle of what costs $12-15 in the store for a whole bottle is too much. It simply put a bad taste in my mouth and sent me a real liquor store for a 'whole'-size, better bottle of wine at half the cost.
