Near the beach

La suite no estaba lista al momento del check in pq no encontraban las llaves. Regreso 4 horas mas tarde y la llave no abría la puerta que lleva a la suite. El guardia de seguridad tuvo que trepar por la pared para desde adentro poder abrir. Tuvimos q dormir con la puerta abierta porque no habían mas habitaciones disponibles. A pesar de que entregaron la habitación tardísimo, el check out continuó siendo a las 10 am. No ofrecieron alguna compensación por el mal rato, aunque no fuera económico.

Buenisima!!!

Tener la ventaja de escoger la suite, te permite ahorrar tiempo y dinero a la vez que disfrutas de la playa y la piscina con tu familia. Definitivamente vuelvo a quedarme nuevamente en una suite.

Las camas no son tan comodas, como recomendación deberian tener algun cover con un colchon adicional o memory foam en el matress, en cuanto a las almohadas tambien deberian ser mas acojinadas.

Die Lage zum Meer

Unsauber, schlechte Betten, unhygienische Bettwäsche, unpersönlich, und viel zu laut. Das der Airport in der Nähe ist, war uns bewusst, aber die Fenster sind nicht isoliert. Wir haben Tage zuvor versucht per Mail das Hotel zu kontaktieren, wir bekamen keine Antwort.

Localization

First, the suite was not cleaned. Garbage in trash cans, bathroom mirror was dirty, the faucet was loose, the entrance to the suite was dirty. I had to come back to reception because there were not towels available, when I opened one to use it was also dirty and spotted. The air conditioner control was broken and not functional. Finally, the check out was advanced to 10:30 am even though information in documents state that should be at 12 o clock

I booked through Priceline.com, got there at 4 am and was told they don’t take anyone from Priceline. So they were willing to take my money, but not willing to give me a room—a room I paid for.

Bad, no towels , bed sheets dirty , no soap, shampoo or conditioner, cockroaches on the floor , my son was crying and he saw cockroaches, we could not sleep

It was okay. I would not stay here again for a first timer in PR.

The location of the property was great as well as the privacy given!

The room was dirty, the shower drain did not work, it was clogged so we were not able to shower after another. The towels given were extremely dirty and stained. There also were no outlets to charge phones in the room. Lastly, we paid for parking but when we arrived we were told the lot was “full” so in the end we had to park in the street.

Filthy place to stay.

The property was located close to the beach and the airport.

The accommodations were filthy. The little courtyard leading to the door had broken wooden furniture that was falling apart. The inside was dirty and although we had specified that we were a family they didn’t provide sheets for the sleeper couch. We asked for sheets multiple times and finally in the evening we’re given sheets but had to make the bed ourselves. The bathroom had hair and goo on the floors and walls. The sleeper couches were dirty with stains. Overall, it was a miserable experience.

Walked into the room, the sleeper couch was dirty and wasn’t made up to sleep. The property was very old. There was mildew on some walls. Not enough towels. I told the Manager, he sent a message to Housekeeping. Ww waited. Then after 3 times going to the front desk, I finally had to insist on bedding (sheets, pillows etc and I made up the room) on my vacation time.

The location is great. We wanted this location and the place where we usually stay wasn't available.

It's a terrible cheap new contraction with no windows and broken AC.

Need to clean better and get the employees a parking area.

The place was great comfortable and the near the beach,restaurants,airport and other great places.

The staffing not so good, the cleaning horrible, the parking had to go to reception 3 times because they charged me for the parking spot and the employees was taking my reserved spot to park there personal vehicles. No bueno

Pleasant

It was a block away from beach and close to everything. The suites are private. I will plan better next time as this was an emergency trip. I would use them again for the suites.
