personal am empfang nicht freundlich und auch nicht hilfsbereit, man musste alles selbst erfragen, keiner hat einem die Koffer abgenommen, als das wifi nicht funktionierte wollte mir die dame am empfang eine Nummer geben, die ich anrufen soll (!!), das entspricht nicht der Erwartung bei und 470/nacht! keine Begrüßung, personal daher insgesamt sehr schwach. schwacher Wasserdruck in Dusche.

Check in was okay, book room for 4 ppl. Towels were only given 3, when I call the front desk, they ask me to get it myself at the front desk. I think the hotel is understaffed. My bathroom closet is clogged the first night and the shower is broken. Floors are dusty. When calling the front desk, they always ask us to hold. But maintanance guy came quick to fix the clogged closet.

It was clean! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Great fitness center too! It had everything I needed to get a great workout.
