We needed to ask to clean the room again, there were leftover hair and food from prvious guests.

The rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom, the water basically goes everywhere. I’d say the facilities are amazing but the rooms are quite small considering the price of the room

It was a perfect getaway weekend! We chose Rooms to celebrate our wedding anniversary and simply unwind, and it was everything my partner and I wished for and even more. Highly recommend Rooms for romantic trips, we're already looking forward to return.

Everything was amazing. The hotel, as always, keeps the brand. Thanks to the administrator of Gvantsa for her willingness to always help.

I liked picturesque view , good quality Georgian food , very good coffee in the morning.

there was no khinkali which I was surprised as it is kazbegi traditional food . Staff were not very good with communication. at the reception they said we can not book a table for 10 people but when we arrived the restaurant said it was actually possible. and that table we wanted to book was already reserved. was disappointed that there is only one restaurant. they are not client oriented and a lot of people are not organised as they are in their trial period. we were waiting for water for 1 hr during the dinner time

the standard of the hotel facilities are good. swimming pool, sauna, gym, nice terrace, good breakfast, good food. nice for a dinner and drinks after hike

room walls are made of paper! literally I could hear everything in the rooms above, below, left, right and corridor. We went hiking and were super tired but still couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. That’s just bad. Also if you want to use mini bar remember prices and VAT excl. it will be added on top at the checkout 😂 ridicolous ! anyway not recommended for a longer stays.

The location is wonderful: there are beautiful views of mountains and forests. I love the hotel a lot: breakfast and food was really delicious. I also want to highlight the swimming pool and sauna and the big terrace, it was cool The people who was working there were kind and professional. I can recommend this to my friends and family

I didn’t like a lot that we could hear people who was living near us, so the noise was a problem because of the thin dividing walls

great view, big pool perfect to properly swim, wellness area looking into the mountains, amazingly nice and helpful staff. great breakfast buffet - bring time to taste it all.

the regular double bedroom has a very small bathroom without shower doors, leading to flooding. The general minimal design wins over practicality, eg no closet or shelves. Poor wine selection.

Great design, best views, very friendly people, amazing breakfasts, huuuuge and comfortable bed and great relation to dogs:)

The hotel itself if not so new, so you can find some flaws in rooms. But they’re currently renovating it (very quiet, you won’t feel any discomfort), so I think that soon you won’t be able to find any flaws there:)
