Good if your relative gets married in the surrounding halls, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

The service was good and answered all of our complaints. The breakfast was okay.

The room does not meet the standards for room cleanliness in hotels. We had to switch a room due to an air conditioner malfunction. Moreover the safe was locked in both rooms.

Good that we could cancel the second night...

Breakfast was great. The receptionist was helpful. That was it!.

It was stated that it was only 800 m to the sea...they forgot to mention that there was 2 motorways and a main railway line to get past. Also the garden was non-existent and mostly plastic grass and flowers.

Had high hopes but unfortunately they weren’t met.

The location is close enough to most attractions that you want to go to. There is parking available which is a bonus.

The stay was not worth the price, the hotel itself was dirty (there were used bandaids, confetti, dust, and garbage on the stairs and in the main lobby), the washroom in our room was dirty, most facilities are outdated, the air conditioning did not work. The pictures of the hotel sold us on the place, but they were seriously deceiving.

Breakfast was great

Room was poor, with a broken curtain that allowed light to come in early in the morning. Wedding party with music until 1 am can be challenging if you have to work the day after.

Short stay in Haifa

The hotel is beatiful and spacious. The room was clean.

My room was next to a highway and very noisy, plus there was a large crack in the window. The hotel is located in an ugly area far away from the town, although the town centre is easily accessible by train.

The rooms are nice and clean the location is great 20 minutes walk for the sea.

There are private evens going in the hotel,the hotel do tales you about it when you order but it's much more louder then we expected.

it is an event hotel. not anything like it’s write up. don’t stay here if you are looking for a nice hotel in Haifa. in addition to a horribly loud party til 11:15 with horrible banging music, it was really pretty bad and I usually would not do a write up like this.

Very nice and comfortable hotel for a night in Haifa.

Great breakfast. Nice furnishings in the room and in hotel. Loved the garden sitting area in front of hotel.

Didn't realize location was 15 minute drive to German colony and Bahai. All worked out because bus is very convenient to hotel, so easy to get around.

It has parking, it’s very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. the staff was really nice and spoke English.

Good, but needed some fixing

The location, room size, perfect breakfast, cleaning, room service is quick and useful

No option to open the window in the room, old and a little broken accessory in the bathroom, the bad is wide but short! I'm 172 cm tall and my legs end up in the air, it is ridiculous and what about taller people? So, there are things to fix, but overall it worth the money.

Exceptional

Breakfasts are usualy good in israeli hotels, but this one was exeptionally good. Good variety of products, more than should be expected in a hotel of this size. The room was huge, and with a very nice mirror. The bed is very comfortable.
