Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit super Anbindung an die Straßenbahn.

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein.

Small room

the property is at decent location , and good staff members ,

the property is at decent location , the rooms are small , they do not provide complimentary water at all. the shower need some renovation especially at inside the shower. Sincerely

Lovely hotel - worth staying at

The facilities are new and modern and well kept. Breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff were super nice. Everyone was helpful and polite. The gentleman at the door went out of his way to help me get to the metro and even gave me a metro card to use. The level of customer care is just exceptional and I would definitely go back.

The room was on the small side, good enough for one person but it would have been too small for two people.

La posizione ottima per tutti i collegamenti

Troppo rumore se non si chiede una camera interna è impossibile dormire con il passaggio continuo dei tram ogni 10 minuti. La reception non è particolarmente efficiente , abbiamo più volte richiesto il cambio camera(causa rumori esterni) a 3 persone diverse. Mi hanno addebitato una bottiglia di acqua in più ed infine abbiamo fatto in check out la sera prima di partire per nostra comodità ma siamo stati chiamati tre volte perché i conti erano sempre inesatti e ogni volta volevano una differenza in aggiunta. Tutto piuttosto approssimativo per la categoria di hotel.

Worth the value, book it!

The place is located in Karakoy which is essential to everything a tourist might need all around the city. Having Galataport in a 5 min walking distance is a big W. Overall the staff was very professional and everything was amazing!

The room service felt like wasnt doing the whole cleaning thing properly, we would notice untouched spaces after coming to our just cleaned room. Overall it wasnt very bad.

Cozy stay

Very friendly staff and accommodating to our needs. Initially, we didn't get interconnected rooms, but for our last night they moved the kids to the room next to us. Near to the Galata bridge and Galataport. Clean fresh rooms and bathrooms.

Location on a busy street. No space to park the car for loading luggage. View of Old buildings. Sound of metro can be heard in the rooms.

struttura tutto sommato bella belle camere bella la lobby il ristorante ed il bar sicuramente poterebbero anche non esserci in quanto il servizio e pessimo la colazione vergognosa.

il servizio e l atteggiamento alla reception pessimo colazione pessima il tram passa sotto alla struttura a tutte le ore durante la notte si ha la sensazione di essere nel bel mezzo di un terremoto

The location was great but because of bew year's, there was a lot of noise from the traffic and people. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful.

Superb

Dark woods and finishes in the room which had semicircular windows. I did not like the art in the rooms as I found them generic and not following the design ethos of the hotel. I am a big fan of the Morgans Hotel Group, as well as Ian Schrager, and I feel they could continue his design ethos despite being no longer affiliated with the group. The hotel is a 350-year old hospital that was restored meticulously. The gym is sort of an afterthought and could be expanded since there are many unused and abandoned spaces on the -1 level. Breakfast was also extensive and delicious.

Just the art in the rooms, I feel like they should be removed to retain a more sophisticated and refined aesthetic.

a stylish boutique hotel in a great location

very nicely designed room, washroom and lobby. nice amenities from Atelier Rebul and L’Occitane, comfortable bed and pillows, temperature control in room was good too. Superb location, as we wanted to be near Galata port.

the rooms were a tad compact, though well designed, not much of a view from our side, also the odd tram passing would cause a bit of a rumble.

Perfect place with really nice staff. Everybody was very helpful and kind. Terrace upstairs has a great view (you can listen calm music and dance in the night with your partner). Very close to the best sights of the city. Awesome value for money!

Great hotel

Beautiful design, friendly and helpful personnel, great location close to many touristic sights and public transportation.

- No wifi signal in the rooms on the 4th floor. It worked well only in the lobby. *however, we were offered a higher category of the room for this inconvenience (which was nice). - The standart room is quite small.

Highly recomended for a short stay and if you are not a light sleeper.

Little hidden gem for a short stay, super clean & looks like new, spacious (we had 2 x double, joint rooms), friendly staff, not expencive

Its conveniently located in the old part of the town, however it comes with a pretty loud and constant tram noice since 5am…

could’ve been worth the money if the staff were not rude

very cute and warm

the staff, were absolutely rude, on a few occasions we got into a screaming match about a few things that they just don’t know how to treat guests politely, any question is answered with rudeness and really gets under your skin, simple questions would be met with crude commentary and a very “do it yourself” attitude. the room and bed was nice and comfy, just wish the staff were at-least polite.
