All was ok. But after two weeks the hotel still has two card authorization for my card even they have charged once. In hotel two weeks ago they said that card authorizations should be soon off.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in/check out process was very simple. The breakfast service was phenomenal. The location of the hotel is great with walking distance to music row and broadway.

This is a good location in Nashville. We are active 50 year olds and walked all over downtown and midtown from this location. This saved $$$ on parking fees and we got our steps in. The place is super clean and breakfast is good as well. The beds are foam and a little too firm for my taste, however I would stay here again.

Hotel agreed to waive the parking charge and I see they added it back after the card was scanned. This is cheating and I will challenge this charge with American Express. The a/c in this room sounds extremely loud. No way to sleep through this and too stuffy without. Best Western no good

Nice clean room, the hotel seemed nice, only stayed the night. They do charge 18 dollars a day to park which is not cool! I’m staying there, where else would I park???

Easy check in, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room temp was great. We took a Lyft to the action on Broadway - an easy $8 ride. A little harder to get a Lyft back to the hotel at 11 pm so we took a taxi. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options and well stocked. Would stay here again!

Our stay was just a half way stop to rest and sleep on our way home from vacation. I am always weary about booking even after reading reviews. There are thing's that are a must. I want to leave a place the same as I enter- clean and bug free! I expect to be treated kind, I want my family to feel safe, and I also don't want to break the bank for the little time I am going to be there. I must say, this hotel covered it all. They even have a hot breakfast in the morning that is amazing! The staff will go out of their way to make sure everything is just right and they are equally as delightful. You know there are always downsides..walls are thin so noises are easily heard and we did have an excessive amount of hair on our clean towels?! However, you don't know what you don't know. Would I stay here again? Yes!

Read the fine print, they’ll charge you extra fees for parking. Sink in bathroom almost falling off when you move it, shower was the same and water was either scalding hot or freezing. They give you a coupon for breakfast which was absolutely horrible. Choose a different hotel if you’re able

We were in Nashville for the SEC tournament. The Best Western was exactly what we were looking for. It was as nice as any hotel we stayed in in recent memory. It was comfortable, clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. All workers were friendly and responsive!

The hotel was clean enough but a bit run down. The guests made the stay far less enjoyable, as I was woken up in the night by a dog barking and a nearby couple having loud sex.

Great location! Close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Parking was reasonably priced and breakfast included. The fan is pretty loud on the heating/cooling system but it did not keep us awake at night.

After being on the road for many hours, being confronted with a hostile receptionist wasn't in the cards. I had called earlier inquiring about parking indoor or out - not told there was a fee, nor did your site clearly state there was a fee. It took her a good 5 minutes to find the small print on my phone of the additional fee...so a hidden fee not evident to the everyday consumer. The place was great, bed, food, location; however, the confrontational desk people made our stay unwelcoming. In addition, they had no memory of my phone call and an anger management class would be helpful...also your site needs to be more forthright in the parking fee

Absolutely loved the bed, needed pillow that was not so fluffy (personal preference). At breakfast, over by the trash can, a roach was crawling up the wall, my only true complaint. Thank you

Bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. Floors looked like they haven’t even been mopped. People were extremely loud all night in the hallways.

We had a fantastic stay. It would obvious that the room was newly renovated. It would be a great hotel for a long term stay. There is a bathtub and multiple bathrooms places for storage. A large refrigerator and a microwave. Very modern and well kept. Breakfast service was great with the ability to have fresh made omelettes. There are also a couple of massage chairs which are able to view the downstairs television. The staff were friendly and offered candy to my son upon check in.

Overall this stay was one of the worst I have ever had. To start with they charge $18 for parking. This charge was not disclosed on the web site that I booked through. As a matter of fact parking was listed under amenities as "parking available" with no mention of an additional fee. Curious I checked past reviews back to July of 23. Of the reviews complaining about the undisclosed parking charge the Management response was a canned "WE WILL REVIEW OUR PARKING POLICY TO ENSURE IT IS COMMUNICATED CLEARLY AND TRANSPARENT TO OUR GUESTS". Clearly a disingenious statement with no intention to follow through on the promised clarification, given the number of complaints and the MONTHS of time passed. I also checked the Bestwestern.com web site. The site lists "TOTAL CHARGED UPON ARRIVAL" and the Bottom line states "FEES CHARGED ON ARRIVAL - $0" with no mention of the $18 parking fee. This is clearly unethical and just a cash grab. For this reason alone I will never book at this Best Western again. In addition I have never slept on a bed as hard and uncomfortable as these. It was like sleeping on a board. As for the room heater, since it was so cold on the night of our stay the heater was on most of the night, which would not be a problem except for the fact that it was blowing directly on the bed and there was no way to redirect the air flow.

Overall a nice hotel, very friendly staff. However Heater was blowing cold air throughout the night and the remote barely worked. Despite that it was a good stay and the breakfast was amazing. Also they make you pay for parking even though they have signs saying they are not responsible for anything stolen and could do a better job shoveling out the parking spots out.

After booking and paying for the room on Expedia, when I checked in they added $12 to the room and $20 for parking so I had to pay an additional $32 that I was not expecting. I tried to cancel, feeling like I was being taken advantage of, and was told I couldn’t because I booked through Expedia. I unexpectedly had to spend the night as my husband ended up spending the night in a hospital nearby. The desk clerk was nice enough to give me a toothbrush, but was going to charge me $10 for a .99 nail clipper, then tried to drop the price to $5. No deal. I did not feel safe there. Initially I was given the keys to a room that was occupied. I opened the door and was startled by a man jumping out of bed. I ran back downstairs and the desk clerk didn’t see that as a problem. He eventually gave me keys to another room. I felt uneasy. Wondering if someone would get the keys to my room, but it was late and I was tired. At 2am I was awakened by loud voices in the hallway and doors slamming. It persisted and between 2 and 2:30 am I called the front desk four times before anyone answered. There was no chance of getting any sleep at that point. The next morning I explained the situation to the manager. I was greatly concerned for my safety. Inadvertently entering someone else’s room could have resulted in me being attacked or even shot. It was an egregious mistake and should have been addressed. All the manager told me was she was aware of the incident. No concern at all.

More breakfast options would be nice. Street was loud at night with people talking and yelling. Never got a print out receipt. Paying for parking is such a cash grab.

Room was right next to elevator and security room and doors banged all night. I kept looking out of the window to check to see my car was still there through the night. Lots of people hanging in the parking lot at night. Not my favorite kind of place. The staff spoke a language other than English in front of customers to each other. I felt it was very rude.
