The hotel was nice and clean. Beautiful views and decent walking distance from where we wanted to explore! Staff was very friendly. The food and service at 300 Bistro was great! Will definitely plan to come back when we need to stay in Baltimore again!

The icemaker didn’t work had to go to the next floor soda machine was empty. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room and there was none.

They gave us a room dirty with 2 small beds everywhere was dirty.
I booked a king bed with city view at high floor. They told us they didnt have more room. What is the point to reserve a room and paid more money. At the end the gave me a dirty room

The overall hotel is beautiful. However, the room itself could use updating/maintainence. The outlets on the lamps and such didn’t even work. Completely pointless being there. The bed was like a bounce house. If my wife moved, I left the entire bed shake. We kept waking up to each other’s little movements. The air was also frustrating. We were on the 12th floor and heat rises. We like our stay to be a little cooler so we set the thermostat between 60-65. It took 24 hours to cool the room sufficiently. The the AC/Heat comes from one vent by the window which was odd to me. Maybe because this is an older hotel. One air register.
I do have to say, shower pressure did not disappoint. This is always an issue with hotels. Not here. But, there’s no way it seems to cool your shower after taking a hot one. I like to rinse in a quick cool temp. My shower remained hot. Even turning the faucet to cold didn’t help.
The Market was less to be desired. This hotel is massive and has so much room. The Market is huge but barely has anything. Few items to choose from to eat and drink. Starbucks menu is super small. I will say, the food from Bistro 300 was excellent. We didn’t have a bad experience there at all.
Overall, it’s not as likely we would come back. The creature comforts just weren’t there. But the staff was very pleasant.

We arrived at 10 AM left our bags and came back at 6 pm. Rooms were not available at 6 pm when check in is a 4:00. Both rooms were not what was paid for and reserved. Carpet’s filthy.

My stay at the Hyatt was very comforting, knowing how nice and clean it was. The staff very helpful with great feedback on questions I had and went above and beyond to give me other options, also I didn’t feel rushed.

Very convenient location and easier to get to than when looking on map. Employees very pleasant. Good food within and good bar atmosphere. Hotel is nice & clean and even though its probably a little closer to some remodeling than not I would still opt to stay here again.

Property has great location, awesome brand, nice rooms. Staff was good depending on who you got at front desk. The biggest disappointment was the bar/restaurant. I had the New Years meal with filet mignon and shrimp and the food was utterly terrible. Overcooked shrimp made us sick and meat was soggy. The worst meal I ever had!!!

There were more broken and torn items. The bed had a large hump in it and I fell on the tile in the bathroom. It was just ok at the best.

We had a Harbor view, beautiful at night. Great location in downtown. Service was great, the front desk was amazing but it was pretty slow service at the Bistro. However, the food is pretty good.

Feel sorry for this hotel because it was so empty on the night we stayed. Perfectly nice place with easy parking. Showing it's age a liitle. Staff were friendly and welcoming but i fear for their jobs. The inner harbor restos are awful. Walk south 10 mins to Federal Hill for more dining options, not just chain restos.

Ok, overall beautiful hotel, great location! The air conditioner goes on and off every few seconds. Made it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep.

We chose the hotel expecting the convenience of available breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. However, the main restaurant unexpectedly closed to public on Saturday evening and Sunday morning for some event. The staff appeared indifferent to the inconvenience caused to customers. It would be beneficial for the hotel to give advance notice of days when highlighted services are unavailable, enabling customers to make informed decisions. Considering the price we paid, I cannot recommend this hotel. Dissatisfied with our experience.

Great central location to experience the Inner Harbor. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean. I would stay here anytime I visit Baltimore.

The Hyatt Regency has it all-- the views, the location, and nice-sized rooms with comfy beds. We throughly enjoyed our overnight stay on the Inner Harbor. The location is perfect for enjoying the immediate area, and Fells Point is a short cab ride away. Bonus for the beautiful view from our window, and for the extremely comfortable beds and bedding.

Great staff, clean rooms, great amenities! We had read various reviews about noise we didn’t experience any of this and felt safe walking to dinner and to the cfg arena for the concert we were there to attend! Would deffo visit again!
