This was an OK hotel. If it wasn't for my friends wedding taking place here I would not have stayed.

Very noisy room. Close to a major freeway. The refrigerator is making so much noise. You can hear the noise from the other room. Did not sleep the whole night because of too much noise.

I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. At 4am, staff entered my room without knocking. Thankfully I had the latch on. The person entering the room had asked if I had called guest services which I had not. Staff entered my room again around 10:30am without knocking again. This time I had forgot to put the latch. Staff gave the excuse it was housekeeping but why is housekeeping entering my room without knocking and I have the do not disturb sign hanging on the knob. Checkout wasn’t until 12 noon so that also didn’t make any sense. I spoke with the manager and she comped me for 2 people to eat brunch and gave us a late checkout at 2pm.

The check in person closed the door when i walked to the counter without acknowledging my presence. Eventually came out, took my information and then tood me a needed to come back in an hour. I asked if she could call or text when the room is ready. She said, "we dont do thta".

Hot water was not working. Had the shower on heat for over 9 minutes before it finally started to warm up. Parts of the carpet floor were wet . Notified guest services, they offered another room, which we took. Wet carpet problem was solved but unfortunately, the hot water was still a minor problem due to inpatient kids. Other than that, very nice hotel, friendly staff, aesthetically pleasing

Suite didn’t come with kitchenette as advertised. No ice bucket in the room and ice machine wasn’t working on two floors. Pretty expensive stay with limited amenities.

I reserve a king standard bedroom and got a queen. Bathroom tub is not clean some black mold forming in the tub

The hotel looked very nice everything was well kept and cleaned. The parking was very easy and plenty of it. Across the freeway there was Costco and many other stores. Very accessible to all the stores and restaurants. My room was cleaned and well kept. I had all the amenities that I needed for my night stay. The pool was closed so no access to that room to use the jacuzzi.

Pleasant and welcoming check in experience. Room is nice with 2 comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom met our expectations. Old technology television, I wish they upgrade their tv’s to SMART TVs with internet connection. Breakfast buffet for $25 per person is pretty decent considering this is the San Francisco Bay Area.

I liked the atmosphere and night club. I didn’t like that our room wasn’t available so we got downgraded to a smaller room and didn’t get compensated for it.

Great mid range hotel, true to the chain. Beautiful architecture, well appointed, comfortable. If you have the good fortune to be there on a Sunday, make a reservation for the Sunday brunch at Cafe Florian. It's well worth it.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff person didn’t let me check in around 1pm. Other people from my group got to check in before me & right after me. I was told to come back at 3pm.

The waiter at the breakfast restaurant not only led me to a table with a half-empty coffee but also lied that nobody had been sitting there. Additionally, they muttered something in Latin that I couldn't understand, making me feel uncomfortable.

I checked in and was told the breakfast buffet was available. I went down had a bowl of oatmeal and was given a bill for $28. Oh it is not included. I checked at the desk when checking out and was told that I booked through Expedia therefore it was not included. Stayed Sat,Sun, Mon, Tues and Wed, NO ROOM SERVICE, never emptied the garbage, made the bed, replaced the towels or the coffee pads. They told me upon checking out the service is not available unless you stay longer than 5 consecutive nights. When you pay $300 a night for a hotel you don't get much for your money. TERRIBLE. I will be seeing you on other accounts shortly. Have a great day.

The Crowne Plaza is a venue for many large social events so it is crowded and noisy on the weekends; however, the agent at the desk was able to find us a quiet, spacious room where we stayed comfortably for a week. We enjoyed visiting the bar in the evenings. Breakfast in the hotel is expensive, but there are more manageable options within walking distance. We also enjoyed walking in Vintage Park across the street. Access to the 92 freeway and from there to 101 north and south is very easy.

We came for my sons birthday. Stayed here as it was close to our family members that live here. We had a great stay. It was quiet, clean, comfortable. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool but the water looked clean. We really enjoyed it.

This Property around the area is good, but the staff is horrible. i dont know who did charged my Bills extra. i checked in around 5pm for 1 night stay but i was being charged breakfast in the morning of 27th of May. I'm glad i ask the receipt then when i checked it i was being charged for extra. It boils my blood they should do their job carefully. unpleasant experienced! the staff that i complaint, to help me out of the bills she did not even say sorry and her face looks like grouchy!

Check in was easy. Room was great, although no microwave. Pool hours were great and indoors. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
