Decided to get away for our anniversary for a couple days. Requested upper floor. Were put in 3rd floor room directly under ventilation unit. Couldn’t sleep for the noise. Was moved to ground floor which we found better for sitting outside in the sun. Was given a breakfast coupon for our inconvenience.

The location was amazing. Literally beachfront. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated. Closet door and pull curtain were broken. However, for the price of the rooms and the location, it’s a great place to stay as long as you aren’t too bougie. Plenty of places to shop, have a cocktail and eat within easy walking distance.

Expensive but clean and spacious room on the ocean. Beach chairs are extra $ daily. No maid service came during our 3 night stay, and maids knocked 4x on checkout day to hurry us out even though we weren't late. Vero Beach was a great area to walk around. Would try a different place next time.

Front desk staff was amazing considering how busy it was. We had an issue with our keys, but the got us new keys quickly. Nice beach area and pool. Parking is tight but the watch to make sure only hotel guests park there.

I have seen some reviews and yes - it is a dated hotel but it is well kept and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The location is super ideal and right on the beach. If you want bougie, then go up the street and pay $200-$400 more per night. This suited our needs just fine. They are pet friendly and had great relief spots fo rour pets.

Ideal central location on the beach in Sexton Plaza, easy walk to the shops, restaurants and parks of Vero Beach. We had a ground level room with walk-out to beach with a view that is worth the up charge. Great food and happy hour specials at Mulligan's.

The area was beautiful but the Inn needs serious updating. The room was comparable to a very less expensive room. I have traveled a lot and can honestly say this place is not worth the money..

Typical Floridian Hotel- old property, well maintained and CLEAN. Beds AND pillows very very comfortable. Loved that I could open my front door and walk right down to the beach. Pool is heated to a cozy 86°.

Ocean View room allowed wave-sounds to be heard 24/7 which was wonderful- There was one night however when the Mulligans restaurant left its outdoor speakers on all night- really unpleasant. They left their music on all night every night, inside their facility- also unpleasant, but not nearly as bad as when they included the patio speakers. Shame on them!(they are managed separately from the Inn so not the fault of Ocean Breeze...)

Not worth $200 for damn sure! If your in a room by a parking lot you’ll non-stop noise. 1030pm Doors slamming, dogs barking, kids screaming (because their parents took away their iPad’s). Sounds of the occasional chump passing by with his bass, the neighboring hotel and its motorcycle revving drunks @12am… Then the unrealistic noise the passing drunks while leaving the hotel lounge.. Oh, expect to hear an army of cleaning personnel pushing their loud tubs past your door just after sunrise. Plan on no sleep lol.. The beds were fine and the room was small, but sufficient. The TV was sold it lost its color 😅. The bathrooms are so small you have to lean over the tub to close the door behind you 😂 We are locals and finally wanted to spring for night by the shore. It was extremely disappointing as we thought we had the right place to enjoy that. (Especially for that price) Never again. 👋

Liked: Beautiful beachfront location; shopping within walking distance: variety of dining options nearby; easy to find. Dislike:Room furnishings were really dated, ie 1950s. Did not like their practice of adding $150 to my bill if I wanted to use their attached restaurant then refund any unused portion at some future date.

This was my birthday trip, and I had never been to Vero Beach, but the trip was good. My husband and I had a nice time, and we loved the room and balcony to sit and look and hear the ocean.

There were bugs everywhere in the room..and there were dogs barking all day and night.would. I paid 343.00 for this garbage.. I will never stay there again..

The room was so dusty dirty, dead bug in bed all the floor corners and shower, Pillows and sheets smelt horrible like mildew or damp The carpets were so dirty and old I couldnt walk on them with out shoes There was left over food clumps down the side of night stand Had terrible allergies the whole night in the room the dust and cob webs were as if the room was vacant for months or years This was unacceptable When complained after a half hour in the room The front desk and manager told me they couldnt do anything about it because I used Expedia for booking They apologized but for a 200$ plus room I would of been more comfortable sleeping in my car Filthy filthy and not prepared for any guest properly The management were very nice But not acceptable they wouldnt do anything to remedy the problems because I used Expedia
