Great location. Not sure I would do Florida near the ocean on spring break. Lots of parties and sport teams staying up late on balconies late into the night.
We rented the "suite"because the room slept six (2 queens and a pullout). Didn't provide the bedding for the pullout. When asked they said they were out of all extra bedding because it is spring break and they think that people are having extra people in their room. I said I paid $417 that night for the room that sleeps six. When asking to talk with the manager they said they couldn't do anything because it was booked third party through hotels.com. When I had hotels.com contact them, they said that they aren't willing to adjust anything price wise.

This is advertised as a 4 star hotel which is a joke. 3 stars at best and that’s giving them the benefit of doubt. Location is good, food is average, cleanliness is average, and facility is meant for families with young children. Kids will have a good time and so will teenagers. The facility feels old, lighting in the room poor, and ac is noisy. I paid over $400/night for a suite that was a two level with no bathroom downstairs. The floor in the shower floor moved up and down as I moved. Understand that I travel frequently and often stay at 4 star hotels. This is not a 4 star facility.

The room smelled was noisy and the shower was so-so. We had no maid service during our stay. Also there was a $32.50 daily amenities charge for basically no amenities except maybe free coffee in the morning.
The only good thing I could say is the location was convenient to many stores and restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach.

There were two sweatshirts on the porch. Not mine. I was in a suite. The kitchen had limited utensils available. The deck looked like it had seen better days. Otherwise it was very convenient.

This place is a quiet area to get away from loud crowds. The stay was good, the one I picked had a kitchen with 1 bedroom 2 beds. Marina view, I did not know it wasn't a balcony. Its basically the walk way with 2 chairs and a table. No privacy. They do start at 8 am to clean and you will hear the cleaning cars rolling on the wood. Unfortunately they have no place to put away theirs cleaning cars and that was part of my view from my window. The check in was great and leaving as well. Prompts to them for being sweet. We did have breakfast and dinner at the Jimmy Guanas restaurant. For breakfast James was amazing and very attentive. He provided all I ask ,the food was delicious. James thank you for making our time spectacular. Dinner we had a very nice lady that I wish i knew her name, but she understood that we had to go to the concert and made sure we were all set fast. Food is delightful. Grilled chicken sandwiches are a must! Great prices. We didnt use the water park, looks good for parents. The place also has mini golf in the middle of the resort, rentals for bikes, stores and live music if you decide to drink outside at the bar. Great staff smiles all the time. Bar tender she was a bit serious. 1 of a million lol.. ice dispenser is on the first floor for my area. Near the elevator. Doesn't smell like swampy so its a beautiful view.

We had a good time staff was great, but we noticed there was mold on the wood ceiling and had got into the drywall below, both in the loft ceiling and dormer ceiling below.
As we were not staying long enough for it to effect us. but I verbally let them know at the desk.
I have deficits physically, and the only toilet was upstairs and that was a pain, It wasn't stated when I booked.

I was charged for some things I did not use. We did not go to the water park; we did not use the parking garage, as we had TJ (private driver) take us to and from hotel. But we were charged for both of these. I will reach out to my credit card company if the hotel does not rectify this. We were put at the end of the building, above the bar, so we had to listen to the band and the activity while trying to sleep. We love Indian Rocks beach, and have always enjoyed this hotel. After being away for a few years, due to what happened with the country, we were finally comfortable enough to make the trip again. I was disappointed with the hotel. The staff are kind. We are planning a big family trip next year for 6 people and I'm not sure if I want to stay here due to being charged for a few things we did not partake in.

My first room had termite droppings all over the bed. They moved us to another suite however that room still had termites but in the dresser. The kitchen floor did not look like it got cleaned and was sticky. The carpet looked like it had a blood stain on the stairs going up to the master bath. There was mold in the vents.

This hotel has not been kept up to code. The floors were molded and walls and bathrooms. Smell was awful. Not recommended for families as it was loud, and people drinking and walking around all night.

Due to the beautiful beaches in the area we wanted to extend our stay for 2 more nights, we went down to the front desk and the female desk clerk looked up our room and said that we had to call Travelocity to book it, since we had used them first. No problem! I asked if we could have the same room,I didn’t mention this,but I’d bought cleaning products and cleaned this room, I didn’t want to change rooms and have to clean again. We called and paid over $700 for this room, which was steep but fine, again we love the area. As we are gathering up our stuff for the beach the phone rings and it’s Mario,the villain of the story, he informs us that we can’t stay in this room, we must move. After a call back to Travelocity and her calling the hotel we decided to cancel! He was rude and had no interest in whether we were a return guest or not, we will NOT ever be. We found a beautiful cottage closer to the beach, 150$ cheaper, AND it was CLEAN!! Unfortunately, I can’t find a place to attach photos or I would happily show pictures of the very high ceilings and the mold along the seams. It appears they had a leaky roof and never killed the mold. The freezer had a grocery bag stuck to the ice maker with what looked like a “human finger!” Don’t panic, it was a sweet potato fry. I used bleach and a fork and got it loose. It took awhile to clean, but I still refused to use the freezer. The toilet and shower weren’t clean, prior to our stay. There were no utensils,dishes,or cookware.

Room was very nice but toilet kept running all night long and was difficult to adjust to get it to stop. Also hotel lamp alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. and it took me a while to turn it off and buy that time I was all the way awake and could not get back to sleep. Otherwise a nice property that I used to stay at quite often, but will think twice about next time

It could’ve been cleaner. There was hair in the drain and peoples old soap in the shower. There was hair in the jetted tub.. I had to clean the bathroom before getting in the tub or shower.. it was gross. There was hair in bed. So I slept on my blankets that I brought (thankfully I brought them with me) the alcohol they served barely had any liquor in it and I got the $20 bucket. It was a waste of money.. otherwise.. the stay was overall okay..

The upscale room that i paid over 300 for was gross. The carpets were all stained, the cabinets were falling off the hinges, the slider to the deck was broken and had a glass moving suction cup handle instead of an actual door handle.

What's not clear in the photos is that the swimming pool is essentially in the parking and the big swimming facility (which is actually a water park) is located in the property next door to the hotel AND is approx. $35 pp per day, I believe $28 for kids. If you're planning to watch your kids play in the water park, it's still full rate because "nobody can access the water park without a wrist band".
Mini gulf (as shown in photos) is another $7 per kid/game and $9 per adult per game.
The beach is about a 1/4 mile (500 meter) walk from the hotel.

The rooms are claustrophobic, the infrastructure is old and on the verge of collapse e.g our plumbing malfunctioned in our room.

This hotel is rather old with lots of character and charm. Room was considerably smaller than anticipated, especially for four adults. With two queen beds there was a very narrow pathway from the room door to the bathroom past the beds. One day it looked as if the person in charge of cleaning the room either ran out of steam or ran out of time. The beds were thrown together (not made) towels were left on the bed and none of the coffe/tea was replaced. Several restaurants were nearby including a great bakery and ice cream shop!
