Cleanliness was fine. Though room condition was poor. Bedspread with tear or burn-like mark, window curtain missing the inside curtain-therefore could not completely block window edge- on first floor. Bathroom door heavily repaired but quite tacky so (116). Had to ask for shampoo/soap from front desk as none in the room. No coffee available in room or at facility. Pool/yard blocked off completely for updates apparently. No where to go and be or sit outside the room. 2nd night, room above us played extremely loud music and guests who seemed to be wrestling all night -though I should have called the front desk many times, I was expecting night staff or security to address the issue.

When I saw it was a Motel 6 I was not expecting much. But this property was very nice.Lots of amenities.

Beds were lumpy, couldnt stay asleep, heard tv in next room all night, noise every time someone walked by door. Left a day early, not going back to that chain.

Great place to stay, it was clean, quit and convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful, I wish that Motel 6 would remodel the rooms and change AC's and filters as the smell of cigarette seems to still creep in. Other than that it was a good stay , location is great and I love that It is a dog friendly Motel. Thank you Staff =)

The stay was fine!!

Typical Motel 6 so wouldn’t expect the best but they could have tried harder with cleaning. Blood drops in restroom, yuck. Paper thin walls where I was able to heard the neighbors conversations. Cigarette burns on covers, disgusting. Front counter person looked miserable and not very welcoming.. but it’s a Motel 6 and I guess they’re known for poor quality. Stayed here since we visited family for the day but never again.

Clean and simple room, a boon for those who are planning on being out of the room more than in it. Frills not required.

It was an excellent location with many good food options very closely, 5 within a 2 minute walk. The room was well kept and comfortable, but unfortunately due to landscaping renovations during our stay we were unable to use the pool, which was quite large and looked like it would have been great for lap swimming or fun with the kids. Also a nice set up in the room that allowed for us to pick up food at the store and dine in with a small table in the room and a food prep area by the fridge and microwave.

Hotel is good for a one night stay while passing through. Stayed 5 nights. No housekeeping. No coffee anywhere. Pool was closed the whole time. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. No tissues in the room. Had to use toilet paper. I guess you get what you pay for

Did not care for inconsiderate, loud neighbors & yappy little dogs that no one quiets down.

The staff looks out for the people staying there.

Everything about this stay was terrible. Where to even begin? Perhaps we should start with the check-in... We arrived at 2pm. One person was being helped by the one staff member. After their issue was resolved, the staff member looked at us, asked us to wait, then left. Another person came in a few minutes and asked us to continue to wait for a "shift change". We then stood at the desk and listened as employees just around the corner ate lunch and discussed a fistfight, dropping repeated F-bombs, while pretending we didn't exist. After 15 minutes of just standing around, we were finally allowed to check in. Once we had keys, we were confronted with a pretty decrepit property. The pool was locked up (with caution tape, see photo), and in the room, the fire alarm was broken, and there were hairs all over the sink, the towels, etc. To top it all off, we were underneath a LOUD, all-night party. At midnight, we called the front desk to complain. They said they'd address it. At 2:30am, we stumbled to the front desk to complain again. They again said they'd address it. At 3am, it still sounded like we were sleeping under a bowling alley. In sum: bad check-in, bad facilities, bad cleanliness, bad staff response. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere other than this place.

Motel 6 is always a great place when you need a last minute roof over your head for a night. We had issues with our hotel we originally booked and needed a quick place we knew we get easily.

A decent and affordable place to stay. Pretty basic accommodations but all that I needed and the staff was helpful. Some heavy landscaping work going on outside but I was only there at night anyway. I would stay there again on short visits to the area.

Room was clean with a mini fridge and microwave. Very convenient location near restaurants and shops.

Horrific hospitality, the type of guests seem to be in illegal substances, because the walls and floors kept bumping until 1am front desk did nothing so I checked out at 1am very unsafe location and front desk yelled at me why did not complain or leave earlier, so i was sleepless, hotel failed to deliver a safe, quiet environment. Horrible, and no money back. Also property under renovation, pool and amenities not available.

It’s a motel style property. The bed sheet and blanket had cigarette burns. Property is undergoing renovations so the grass is completely gone. Your pet will have a hard time finding a spot to use the restroom. There is a lot of restaurants and some stores near by so that is a plus. There is also permanent guest that live at the property and they have children that like to run around. If you are looking for a cheap stay that’s not too bad this would be a last resort

While I commend the property management for upgrading the grounds ouside the money would be put to better use by refurbashing the insides of all the rooms as they are not in the best condition and are in need of an upgrade.

The hotel had the most rooms we have seen for a Motel 6. When I asked about moving my rooms to the bottom floor the front desk clerk told me they had no room available downstair, however when I went to the front office around midnight to get ice I asked the new clerk about the changing of rooms to the bottom floor and he said they did have a a lot of them available. This would have been better for the my wife and I, because she has bad knees and I had just injured my back and there was no elevator.

There are places to eat within walking distance.

The floor appeared clean but needs to be mopped as those of us wearing socks or barefoot came away very dirty. The room was clean and the staff was nice and attentive. We had two rooms next to us with adjoining rooms that the parties were not with Ilya and multiple times both our rooms had issues with the people in the other room playing with the doors and scaring our party. May want to have a warning or sign placed in the door to not touch as other room mayb be occupied

This hotel was great for my very short stay. Desk staff was so friendly. The room was clean, needing some small fixes (chipped paint and other items). Easy fixes would make this place sparkling but it doesn’t seem like a huge priority for the low price compared to other hotels in the area. Close to local universities and freeway, but close to freeway on-ramp so be prepared for auto noise! Also, so strange, loud parakeet sounds all night! I couldn’t tell if they were in the room next door or within the structure of the building. Super odd! Other than that, I got there late, slept well, and left in the morning. It was tidy, inexpensive, and convienient.
