I stayed at this place for 11 days.upon checking in, I was told I was getting an “UPGRADE” since they aren’t that busy(now I know why) I had to ask to be moved rooms since the initial room looked more like a $40/night rather than the $99-$110/night they charged. Never stayed at a filthier place before. The room I was transferred at was a little better, but not much. The TV was not working so I called the front desk and was told to wait for the room service person. Once she got there, she had no idea what to do, so I called front desk again to no avail. I ended up not having TV access for the rest of my stay. Here’s a list of what I found. •Mold •Dirty floors •Filthy walls(bathroom wall looks like you can see graffiti that was painted over) •TV wasn’t working •Slow Wi-Fi •Poor customer service

Overall nice location relaxing environment. However, one of the queen beds had dirty sheets smelled like pee! Had my husband check as well so I’m not crazy.

Dust in the room. 1 of the bed is smelly like a fish when I remove the cover. They did not clean the room as requested. Just removed the garbage bag, not bother to clean the floor. Never recommended to anybody!

Restroom light switch wasn’t clean looked like blood or makeup make up smeared toilet seat was clean. It looked like it was just wiped down with a wet rag after I put toilet paper on it to sit down. The toilet paper was stuck to the toilet seat. I tried to take a shower and the shower knob fell off.

All I can say is you get what you pay for. Bathroom very dirty, the wash clothes had hair on them. There was graffiti on the furniture and outside the hotel. Will not stay here again. Pay a little extra for something better.

Super dirty. Cigarette butts, needles, and trash all over outside our balcony. Disgusting room. The TV turned on but couldn't get any channels. Complained 4 times about my tv and no one even came to my room even after specifically requesting the manager to show up. Spent two day without a tv. Never stay there.

Stayed here for 3 days, and let me tell you I know sometimes trips are expensive and you try to save money on holes thinking you’re gonna gonna use it to sleep but NO spend a little more don’t stay here, it was extreamly dirty disgusting, we had to go buy cleaning supplies we didn’t even sleep under the covers we were scared to find out what might come out of there, we couldn’t shower the bathtub was backed up and the water was so bad, the floor and walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, they didn’t even have full size towels only hand towels when they would go clean the only think they did was put toilet paper, the outside area and pool was out of a horror movie , do not stay here it’s not worth it at all you will not sleep because of the horror

We paid for a non-smoker room. The room had a strong smell to cigarettes. Do not take a shower here, restrooms are disgusting. It’s dirty. People at the front weren’t too nice. If you get there late at night you won’t be able to check in because everyone is gone and you’ll lose your room and money. I haven’t received my refund for the $100 deposit. Hopefully I receive it in the next days. I only booked here because we went to a concert and this was the closest available place. I won’t go back.

Tv didn’t work in the room the Wi-Fi didn’t work and was not detectable staff isn’t there after 9 so not like I can complain to front desk overall if u plan on being out all day and need to whine down with tv this isn’t the place. Also bring your own microwave makes it easier in the room as there isn’t one or even a fridge we had to use AC unit as our fridge. I personally would request a full refund on this stay.
