Nice and clean

Beds are super comfortable.. I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which I feel is really good size. The furnitures are dates but at least they are clean..

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Great one block from harbor. Skybus from airport stops right out front. Staff very helpful. I had an early arrival and needed them to hold several pieces of luggage which they gladly accommodated and placed in my room so I could go tour. Then as I had an evening flight and tour booked on my last day they again gladly held my luggage

Difficult to get to due to the one way system in Hobart CBD. Otherwise fine.

We have stayed here a few times now in a one bedroom apartment each time. Lots of space to stretch out, good kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Bedroom spacious and good King size bed. Staff are nice at front desk and housekeeping. Excellent location to waterfront activities, short walk to CBD, Salamanca Place etc. Lots of eating options nearby and a Woolworths. Parking good if you have a car.

It was very central to most areas, restaurants, pubs etc.

Stayed here for two nights, absolutely loved it. Staff friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable and location within walking distance to harbour front and cafes.

Was perfect for me to use as a base whilst seeing the sights.

Always loved this place, is my favourite hotel to stay at in Hobart. But a couple of tiny things, like old dented, chrome flip top bins that don't work anymore, put a slightly tatty feel to otherwise very well maintained facilities. Seriously guys, just toss 'em!! A plain plastic bin with a bin bag just as effective!

Staff were very friendly and helpful at the property but had not been so helpful when I called prior to our stay. I booked a 2 bedroom loft apartment my myself, friend and her adult son.I later noticed that the room with the 2 single beds was up the curved staircase to the loft. I called the hotel and asked if the bed in the downstairs room could be split into 2 single beds. I was advised that was not possible as the room had queen size bed not a king that could be split. As my friend and I both have mobility issues we were a bit concerned about the stairs. On check in the staff member was very helpful and friendly. When we went to the room we noticed that the bedroom downstairs had a king size bed that could be split into 2 singles. I called reception and the same staff member immediately arranged for someone from housekeeping to come and rearrange the beds even though it was about 7pm. The staff member from housekeeping was also very helpful and friendly and arrived quickly following my phone call. This service was very much appreciated The restaurant was lovely and food great Will definitely stay here again

one thing that I didn't expect was all of the ambulance sirens as the hospital is very close. nice walking distance to the waterfront and Salamanca. Easy to drive to and from if you are renting a car (Avis just round the corner) for trips. The room was lovely however the TV and blue ray player were not connected and there was tape holding the cable in the back. We did not try their restaurant but the bar had a good selection of local beers and gins.

Excellent location, walking distance to all Hobart has to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and large, which was great with the kids.

This property is a great choice for couples or families who want some meals in-house. The unit included a full kitchen plus a laundry unit (that worked!). A well-appointed grocery was within walking distance. But you can also walk to many restaurants, including fish places on the harbor. The hotel is quiet, despite (apparently) stays by many groups. The restaurant onsite (good) serves continental and full breakfast as well as dinner.

Poorly equiped kitchen utensils, didn’t want to cook much but one night needed a microwave safe bowl, not one in place, also a real surprise no chopping board to protect the work surface.
