You are paying for the location and service at this hotel. The room I stayed in was underwhelming for the price. However, the location is exceptional. Furthermore, the staff at front desk were incredible. I interacted with them multiple times and all of them were extremely friendly. Some of them were very funny as well. Despite the room, I would return back to back to Seaport Hotel Boston in a heartbeat. I hope management sees this email and appreciates their front desk staff.

Room was roomy and clean. Beautiful view of the bay. Fast easy check-in and check-out and an easy walk to the convention center. This hotel has its own parking UNDER the hotel. We misunderstood where their verified parking was and parked in the wrong lot overnight costing us $80! So, just make sure you are parking in their lot.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind going out of their way to do whatever you needed. Hairdryer did not work very well and it was replaced very quickly. Good place to stay

A really wonderful hotel, one of the best in the Seaport area of Boston… hotels.com got us a great rate… Hotel staff were great, and the restaurant was equally as good. Location of the Seaport Hotel is one of the highlights.

Thoughtful hotel - two bottles of water a day, coffee cafe for quick coffee pickup, separate from breakfast restaurant. Location, near the fireworks at the Harbor on NYE. And quiet room.

The hotel was nice but the staff were very unfriendly. The woman who checked us in acted as if we had bothered her. Then, after visiting friends and returning later in the evening, the same receptionist took our car keys to valet our car. Instead of passing it on to the valet, she left it on the street overnight and it was towed. We had to wait on the hotel to retrieve it. We had paid to valet the car each day of our stay. The hotel did not provide us with any recuperation after the ordeal.

we stayed here with our dogs for christmas and they decorated so beautifully. there’s so much around that is walkable, so much to do & see. they were very attentive to our dogs as well. parking is right downstairs and you don’t have to go outside to get to the garage, which is a plus in the cold weather. we would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here in October 2023. Things I liked: - The check in process was fast. - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. - The bathroom is clean. I liked that they have liquid hand soap instead of a hard soap like the other hotels. - The TV has a casting feature. So, you can cast from your phone. - There's a package service where you can receive online orders and pick them up from the reception or have them delivered to your room for no fee. - Walkable to the T station (a block away from the sliver line World Trade Center station). - Walkable to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (< 10 min). Things I didn't like: - I took one star from the service as no one offered to help me with my luggage upon arrival (I had one large bag, one carry on bag, and a backpack). So, I had to pull my bags out of the cab into the hotel and then to my room. The customer isn't expected to ask for it but to be offered it by the bellboy or at least the receptionist who saw my luggage. - I had a corner room. It wasn't very spacious, but there was a short aisle upon entry that had a luggage bench. - Room service is kinda expensive and not delivered to your room. You'd have to pick up the order from the restaurant downstairs. - The breakfast buffet is small. Not a lot of variety. - It's quite expensive.

My stay here was so relaxing and refreshing. The staff was so kind and so helpful. The rooms were clean and couldn’t ask for anything better. It was so comfortable and nice views. The only compliant that I have is the steam room in the women’s locker room seemed to have some operating issues but we managed.

The hotel was overall very nice, my one issue was the water pressure in the shower was poor. My wife could not wash her hair. Not sure whether it was the result of the shower head or just all around poor water pressure.
