They have very bright floodlights which face directly into the windows of the rooms. After one sleepless night, I asked to change rooms. Same issue in a corner executive suite they gave me. The curtains do not close, and the light shines directly onto the beds. Clean place, nice staff.

Location is OK if you have a vehicle. There is not very much within walking distance. Room was clean, however, trash not emptied, and bed not made for several days during our five day stay. Walls were thin and any one talking outside in the hallway sounded like they were right in the room with you because of gaps around the door. all staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. Overall, decent place to stay if on a budget.

This property is very clean and modern. The room was refreshingly clean and shiny, almost spotless. Bed and pillows very comfortable. But the breakfast was just normal, not a lot of healthy choices.

The parking lot is very well lit, always nice to feel safer. Front desk clerk was friendly, efficient and informative. The hotel was very clean and kept up with nicely. I would recommend this hotel and i would stay here again.

Easy check in at 1am. They offered ski bag storage which is helpful. Room was nice and clean. Footsteps in the hallway are easily heard, but otherwise perfect stay.

We've stayed her several times, and it is always clean and comfortable. In the winter time we feel the parking area could be better cleared as each end of the hotel parking lot slopes and those areas are very slick and dangerous.

Everything was clean and had a good breakfast. However the shuttle service was not efficient. We call multiple times for over 45 minutes to let them know that we arrived for the pickup and after that we waited almost an hour for the shuttle.

The locks on the doors hit the wall and are digging into it, and the trimming near the ground is crusty, most likely due to pets. These are just minor details but everything is really good!

The staff was the best part of this hotel as they were very accommodating and nice. The hotel has a very interesting clientele which is why we moved hotels for the remainder of our stay. The pillows all need to be replaced as the fill is all gone so very uncomfortable. The breakfast each day was disgusting and unfit for human consumption. It also seems like people who aren't staying at the hotel come in to eat for free (which is maybe why the food is so bad). Moved to the Crowne Plaza and it is such a nicer hotel. Will never stay here again.

I was a little apprehensive about booking at this location. It tends to draw all kinds of inebriated people within the area. When you book a room, you usually plan to get some sleep. My friend said to try it, as it changed ownership and some of our friends from Cali had just stayed there. I was surprised, I was having eye surgery and wanted to rest. Clean! Nice decor, very nice staff, wow the breakfast choices. The staff work hard!

Parking lot needs better snow/ice clean up for parking. Constant reek of marihuana from some guest. Breakfast quality has dropped. food at warm temperatures. dangerous.

This was mostly a very good experience with one big exception. Each of the two evenings I was there some employees gathered in a dark gray chrysler van in the parking lot next to the building, under my window. They blasted noisy music from the van for about 30 to 4 minutes. These dreadlock wearing young men need a good lesson in courtesy to the customers and other employees who don't want to hear their noise. Otherwise, great. Emerson at the front desk very helpful. Breakfast good. Noise other than above, was under control and nice. I would recommend you except for this van noise issue. Thanks

Airport shuttle was not available. Yellow cab was given a voucher for the run from the airport but no one was at the front desk (for the 15 minutes we were waiting for the cab) when we left early the next morning.

Enjoyed the room and breakfast servings. Parking was ample and access to car convenient. Only complaint is that there was no tub mat for shower. The shower was slippery and difficult to use.

I just experienced that were so very tired and im with my toddler and my husband with full of things on his hand and our room in on 4th floor and they gave us a key and we just got in room and there some people on the room and we need to go back downstairs to tell it and gave us 3free drink and on our new room we cant sleep properly because theres a lot of banging sound.

Great service, and very clean. Pillows and bed were not so good though. The pillows were old and lumpy, the bed really uncomfortable, and I woke up with my hips hurting.

The property was great, except it's time for a new mattress in the room we stayed in. I'm not sure if someone really large slept in it and broke some of the springs, or if it's just old, but there were definitely dips in the bed. Everything else was great. The girl who checked us in (green hair) was super nice and friendly and gave us all sorts of good information.
