Friendly staff and comfortable bed didn't quite make up for smelly bathroom.

Good value. The building is old but very clean and no noise issue. All staff are friendly and helpful. I don’t expect anything for free breakfast, but they cook eggs per guest request.

Great hotel, especially for the price. Omelet or scrambled eggs cooked to order for breakfast. Yum.

The check-in was relatively easy and the accommodations were clean. When I entered the hotel room, I was hit with a cold blast! The room was 40 F and the windows were slightly open. When I turning on the heater, it blew out cold air for the first 15 minutes. I ended up doubling the bedspread and endured the night.

Room and bath: cleam, breakfast: ok with fresh fruit and protein [egg with cheese] and i eould like to mention Ms Ana, so kind and prepare the eggs with cheese. Acess easy and excellent tracel to Taos and arounf by scenic mountain road.

Far exceeded my expectations. Room was large, comfortable, clean and well kept. Bed was so comfortable and linens were very nice. Staff was considerate and friendly. Breakfast was abundant and well done. Even the coffee was good!

This budget hotel is very nice. It's clean, comfortable and updated. We had a good night's sleep there. It would be good to know that there is no elevator for this 2 story hotel. Breakfast was simple, but a worker will gladly make you eggs or a cheese omelette.

Clean

For an older property, this place rocks. Updated rooms, very clean, efficient, plenty of electrical outlets (like on both sides of the king bed, which is most excellent!) Decent breakfast choices with a lady who makes omelets (cheese only, though....so don't be disappointed). The hubs and I were only there one night, passing through, but it was such a delight! Stay here! You don't be disappointed.

Very clean and well kept for a low budget hotel. However, i found the bed very uncomfortable, the walls thin and noisy, and the breakfast lacking in any fruit or nuts/oatmeal options.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Ehich is sad because we always stay at way more expensive places. Definitely recommend.

Had a large, clean room. Nice breakfast area. Especially happy that the room had wood/tile flooring, not nasty carpeting. Convenient to everything.

The price for the room was such a good value!! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Had a good nights sleep. Felt like a new hotel. If it was remodeled, they did an outstanding job! DEFINITELY would stay here again without hesitation. Management and staff are to be commended!

Can’t recommend too highly. Have been staying in Santa Fe for decades and this was definitely one of the most pleasant times, equal to those at some of the highest-end hotels and resorts.

The property was very clean and tidy but, the atmosphere had no cheer or life to it.Bland color scheme thru-out. Not very warm and inviting. I was walking by the front desk when another customer asked if it was safe to stay here and I too wondered the same. Great hotel but, in the wrong neighborhood.

Basic but very reasonable motel, a quick drive into the heart of Santa Fe.

The review requested "what was unique about this facility?" We were treated disrespectfully and far beyond rude by the person in charge of this facility. Expedia won't allow me to describe the language that was used. It rejected my truthful description when I attempted to use a euphemism to describe the word that was hurled at me by the head guy at the front desk - and I only raised my voice to attempt to finish my response to his litany of threats as he talked over me. This was all over the issue that one of his staff had granted my request to checkout two (2) hours later than usual due to an emergency situation. Just think of the word that begins with "EFF" and ends with "ing." How would you feel? He also threatened to victimize us by levying a surcharge if we stayed one hour longer, yet we had no place to go. We did manage to get out by 2 minutes before the originally-granted time. Although the facilities were clean and the staff was deferential, this person made such a negative impression that I wouldn't stay there again, even if it were the last hotel existing on the planet. I strongly advise you to find another hotel in which the top executive will treat you with dignity, respect and courtesy. This is not such a facility. You've been warned as explicitly as I am able. Go somewhere else or risk being subjected to vulgar language and threats over the smallest issue.
