The location of the hotel is perfect!! Our room was large, but the beds were small. They were way to small for 2 adults to share and the mattresses were too soft for my taste. The temperature of the room was very warm with no way to adjust the thermostat. The free breakfast was a standard continental, nothing special, but it was free with our stay. Grateful that it was provided at all. They had a nice guest wine happy hour and hot tub was nice. If not for the beds being so small and uncomfortable which made sleeping difficult, it would've been a perfect place to stay.

Incredible all around. True ski in ski out (less than 50 ft from the lift. Incredibly clean. Breakfast was fresh every morning.

This hotel is old and needs a makeover and a new heating system, but the location and the staff can't be beat. We use this as home base for our friends. It's perfect for us when we go skiing in Telluride.

Great location, nice hotel with big room and great hot tub with a view. It’s location is perfect to walk to downtown or jump on the gondola to go to the mountain. We’ll be back!

Staff was friendly. Location steps from the gondola can't be beat. Fun, unique boutique hotel. Nice huge hot tub area with great views. Hotel breakfast was a nice surprise. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

A great hotel next to the gondola station. Telluride is a great little town and this hotel is great value for the money. Very large, spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Our room had a fireplace and lots of windows. The only thing I would say needs updating was the heating, which doesn't work if you don't leave the fan on. If the temperature reaches 75 F let's say and that's your desired temperature, the fan will keep going. Easy fix? We had the fireplace on at night and it was awesome. Will definitely revisit when in Telluride.

The room was an escape from a busy vacation with a fireplace to cozy up to after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Hotel was right across the way from the gondolas and a trip up to the Mountain Village. Only one thing: bed was too high!

The hotel seemed very quiet when we stayed, just before the main season begins. Check in was smooth, parking was an extra $15 per night. At this time of year it seems to be fairly easy to park in the street instead. We had some problems getting our internet to work, and the man on reception offered a change of room, but then suggested resetting the box which seemed to work. The room was large, clean and comfy. Nice view over the front street. Great bathroom. Downside was the breakfast. Our room opened straight into the breakfast area so we were woken very early as they started setting up. Breakfast choices were limited, no eggs, toast, or bacon/sausage etc. Salmon was available, cereals, yoghurt, and bagels, but no hot cooked foods. The two ladies behind the counter managing the breakfast didn’t seem to be interested in guests at all.

Only stayed one night in the off season, but we were right next door to the gondola station which made for a fun time. Shower pressure was fantastic. The only downside was no fridge in room and fireplace wasn’t yet turned on for the cold. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location, gondola is 1 minute walk, restaurants all around. Farmer’s Market just down the street. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

The Hotel was excellent. The only problem encountered was walls not very sound proof and I could here the next room talking and laughing until 2am and 2 dogs left likely alone in different rooms barking

Gentleman at check-in (sorry, don't recall his name) was very friendly and helpful. Property was well cared for. Made for a perfect one-night stay to bike the creek path and ride the free gondola next door taking in the fabulous fall colors. Breakfast was very well done with selections that aren't normally seen at chain hotels - especially the yogurt/granola/fresh fruit parfait. I would stay at here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location - 100 yards from the free ski lift and one block walk to Main Street. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Secure parking garage with elevator to all floors. Very large room with outstanding bath area. We even had a nice balcony looking out on a mountain stream. Free breakfast was quiet and upscale. On a 1 to 10 this property is a 11. Mike Louisiana

great location, the breakfast was superb! great value and unexpected. there is one amazing front desk agent (who checked us in) and one other who is rude and dismissive (early evening shift). the whole stay was incredible and the room was immaculate
