I do a lot of traveling all over the United States we found this hotel. The location was awesome close to activities, walking distance to family parks and close to my families homes. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable clean and quiet loved the kitchenette. Everything was there that I needed. I was even able to prepare my potluck share for our reunion in my room. I plan on staying there many times to come I highly recommend it. Was clean room was clean to go. Breakfast was good. You are even able to pick what you would like. Coffee in the lounge is plentiful. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is definitely dated but you cannot beat the customer service of the staff there! This is the second time we've stayed at that hotel for longer stays in the the last year. We had our 2 and 4 year old with us and they love this hotel. They sleep on the pull out and we really like having our own privacy and bedroom. Having a full kitchen is awesome with long stays to help cut costs of eating out and not just eating junk the whole time. This visit we were charged parking, which is new they said as of last August, super annoying but their nightly rates are very reasonable compared to others in the area with similar amenities so it wasn't a huge deal to us. We had one issue with a noisy neighbor waking our kids and it was immediately handled by Erica and the manager. Erica is sweet as pie and would always have our breakfast order waiting while I grabbed our coffee in the lobby before I even gave her our room number. My kids and I looked forward to seeing her every morning. Vicki was really nice and helpful with tips of things to do with the kids in the area. I'm sure we'll be back.

We only spent one night but it looked like if we needed to stay longer we could have easily. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave. Two burner cook too therewas most everything to cook and eat with all you need to do is ad food. Clean bathroom and bed. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. They offer grab and go breakfasts- yogurt, fruit, etc. They charge $10.00 to park in the outdoor unprotected parking lot!

It is a sad thing when a hotel does not offer breakfast, these folks try to accommodate, but it just isn’t the same as what you get at other competitors. I also like to have free parking available, but this people feel they can charge you for something that should be free if they want to come to your hotel. other than that, their rooms are comfortable, they are located in a very nice part of town, it is a bit noisy, but it wasn’t that bad of a hotel.

This hotel is pretty old, has some strange smell in the room. They charge for parking, never heard of that in Roseville. There is no actual breakfast, just some crappy dry stuff to go. With so many choices in the area i will never stay there again.

The bed was hard as a rock, couldn't sleep, the receptionist didn't know how to operate the computer and credit card machine, so I had to pay in cash for my parking.

Great stay..was able to check in early..kitchen has everything for simple meal..nice location very quiet..was rather suprised the charged $10.00 for parking bit of a money grab..last time i stayed it was free and to my knowledge there were no signs indicating it was private! Also was suprised that door on 2nd floor to the stairwell and emergency exit was locked.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Larkspur Landing Hotel. Check-in was efficient and professional. The room was oversized and very nicely arranged as well as spotlessly clean. Nice very hot water. The wifi was a bit spotty, but did work well enough for my needs. I wish their breakfasts were POST covid style, but they were still handing out paper bag breakfasts, however, they were custom prepared bags based on requests made by me. All in all a very nice place.

The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like the spring popped out the mattress. It was very hard to try and sleep and we ended up leaving very early in the morning due to the inconvenience. Also, the body soap in the shower was completely out.

Our room had a weird smell, like old cologne and…sweat? Hard to describe. Our bed was INSANELY UNCOMFORTABLE. This is the worst hotel bed my husband and I have ever slept in. It was hard as a rock, and we were tossing and turning all night long. We came home from our trip completely exhausted. Breakfast is free, but options are either cheerios, boiled eggs, or microwaved breakfast sandwiches. All in all, I would spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

Staff is friendly. Property overall needs updating. Bed was horrible!! You sat on bed and could hear the springs. On 2nd morning I woke with my back hurting so bad. If it’s comfort you want stay clear of this place! Also chair with ottoman had stains all over, didn’t even want to set a bag on it let alone any clothing. Also why charge for parking when it’s an opening parking lot for 2 hotels and other doesn’t charge for parking (I called).

Promising breakfast and not having the items listed is one thing, but not communicating that or making any attempt to rectify the issue is appalling. Also, providing a smoke-free environment should be looked into. While we were there, we could smell smoke in the hallways all the time.

Upon arrival, I wasn’t warmly greeted. Oh well, it was late and the staff was unexpectedly working OT. He didn’t tell me anything about the advance breakfast ordering. The hotel breakfast situation hasn’t gone back to pre-pandemic arrangements which was a main reason I chose this hotel. Then I had dirty sheets on my bed (will not say what it looked like)

We needed a hotel long-term for our family of four as well as two dogs. Larkspur Landing has met all of our needs, and then some! Super friendly staff, very attentive, and reasonably priced for a huge suite.

Ok, the room phones did not work. When we returned to our room at 8:00 pm there was a smell of marijuana in the hallway very strong from the rooms next to us. There was a herd of elephants dancing in the room above us

This was an overnight stop on the way to the Sacramento International Airport. We checked in late and left very early so I thought it was a bit overpriced. I was also unpleasantly surprised at having a $10 parking charge. Roseville is a suburban community and there is no reason to change for parking at this hotel. It’s a nice hotel but a poor value for the money.

The hotel was very nice although when we got up to the floor second floor, it rings of marijuana very loud in the hallways. Other than that everything was wonderful. It was nice having the breakfast in the morning on the go.
