Friendly staff in comfortable ski lodge Great location . Ski storage slopeside a real plus . Only thing is dinner restaurant is small for size of hotel though food was excellent as was the breakfast buffet . I would definitely return

Huntley Lodge is conveniently located just steps away from the lifts. I would recommend staying here for a small group 5 or less. Great views and helpful staff. The bell staff were able to pickup and store our luggage at checkout while we hit the slopes… even offered free cookies and hot coco for our drive back to Bozeman.

Amazing hill access, breakfast was a highlight, and the staff were amazing. Some other things to watch for - smores, movie nights, and nearby restaurants!

The lodge was more modern than other ski resorts we have stayed at which we enjoyed. We had a view of the ski mountain and the lift was just outside of the door. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We had a room with a loft area with bunk beds and nice sitting room area. The room was very spacious. We would recommend this lodge for it's great location!

Hotel is in a great location relative to Big Sky. Outside of that, not many other positives. Outside of the guys at the front door, the entire staff needs customer service training, and they need to figure out the parking situation on Tuesday's. Also, read a review complaining about the wait/service/overall operation of breakfast at Chet's from last July, the hotel responded saying they were confident it would improve.....it has not improved. Don't offer a service that you can't deliver in at least an above avg manner.

Huntley Lodge was the perfect place for our family ski Rendezvous. The Cowboys were super helpful with luggages upon arriving, rides to/from dinner down the village, and when ready to depart. Checking in took some time, but they got better. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping personnel friendly. We walked out directly to the Explorer Chair to ski - it would be nice if they put another elevator in the middle of the hotel so when the skiers got back at the end of the day one wouldn't have to walk up three flights of stairs with ski equipment. Dinner at Duke's was a hit. We loved the common area with the fireplace for us to gather and play games. The only drawback was inoperative hottub, which eventually got fixed and we were allowed to use Shoshone's Fitness Center with indoor hottub and outdoor heated pool. Breakfast was great but they could use a sign to tell guests when busy hours are so guests can make decisions on when to go for breakfast. On our first day we waited in line for over 10 minutes just to be seated. After the first day, seating process went much smoother and we avoided the "busy" time. We would definitely stay here again.

Every single staff member were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location on the resort made dining and skiing convenient. The design of the rooms are as noted in the hotel's photos, and it was clean.

Property has great access to the resort, ski in and out. Stayed here before and the staff was amazing and very friendly. This time around they were not as courteous in there interactions to include their attitudes towards the guest were seen and felt more as I was a bother with questions. They also had the hot tubs not working for a portion of our stay and would not let us use the other facilities they have on the property. It was still a great visit just would have loved to see more is a “Big Sky Family” feel like I did last year.

Comfortable, clean and convenient for the ski lifts. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. There were a few glitches with their accounting system managing charges to the room, but they were able to resolve them.

A most excellent stay with only one exception. We were put in one of the more northern end rooms but had to park in the southern most lot. At checkin when I was shown were the room was, I asked about the northern lot but it was not offered.

Over all amazing time at the Huntley Lodge! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The services offered at the hotel are designed to help make the experience even better. We loved that the hotel offered hot chocolate and cookies at the end of a long day on the slopes! We will definitely stay here again. The only thing that I would change for next time is to get a room on the top floor, seeing as guests walking around in their snow equipment can be very loud!

We loved our stay at the Huntley Lodge at Big Sky Resort, amazing views from our room and a super cozy feel to the whole place. All the staff was amazing as well. Breakfast at Chett's was delicious as well.

This property includes breakfast with your room and what a wonderful breakfast it is. The best on our two week national parks trip. Beds are super comfy, quiet and large rooms for all your sports gear. Shower is terrific and stalked with spa products. We saw a beautiful red fox while eating dinner at Chet’s. We had a mini bar issue on our bill and the accounting dept. Took care of it right away. Kudos to them. Definitely worth the stay.

We had an incredible time at Huntley Lodge - spectacular views, beautiful property. The breakfast at the lodge was lovely, and we were close enough to town to go there for a variety of great dinners. We can’t wait to come back someday!

Great location within Big Sky Resort immediately adjacent to village center. Rooms are good sized, but ours was a bit musty smelling. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and our kids really enjoyed the heated pools.

Fantastic accommodations. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - from Chet's Grill to the lift operators. Looking forward to visiting again and bringing the whole family. Plenty to do in the summer with hiking, shopping - never left the mountain!

The lodge was pretty. The rooms were spacious but not adequately cleaned. When we arrived in our room there were towels that were pushed under the vanity. The beds were made the next day but the sheets were not changed. It was noticeable because there was blood on the sheets from a scratch sustained from the night before. The hotel is having a hard time finding adequate employees for breakfast.

This is a beautiful lodge BUT - the concierge was extremely rude and condescending! I asked a question of July 4 celebrations and he was very abrupt and offered very little assistance. I think he needs to consider his job choice - life is too short to be that miserable!!

Our in-room coffee cups were dirty and the staff didn’t notice even after we placed them where they should have. They also didn’t replace dirty bed cover. Worst of all, however, was the included breakfast. The hotel restaurant is poorly organized and staffed at least for breakfast. It took my family of four two hours to get breakfast on our first day. Since we and aoparently other guests complained so much, it was better on the second day. Overall, not at all the level of experience expected for the type of hotel we thought we booked. Not recommended.
