I'm a non smoker and was traveling alone. I had staff come to room twice during the night stating the room smoke alarm was triggered. Staff wanted to check there was no smoking per the policy and there wasn't but didn't appreciate staff walking in uninvited to check.

The place was in a nice location, close to The National Shrine of The Divine Mercy. Staff (Jai and Steven) were great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Choosing to book this property after a hike at the Bash Bish Falls brought me and my husband to the town where we stayed about 6 years ago. It brought back memories. We had an excellent stay, everything clean, bed comfortable and this will be our accommodation whenever we are in town moving forward. Thank you so much!!

The hotel was very nice. Our TV didn't work when we turned it on, but the manager came right up and after 15 minutes or so was able to get it functioning. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff friendly. We found it pricey, but probably right for the area.

Hotel definitely needs a refresh. I also asked for a freezer with the refrigerator but it was not provided. (Traveling with meds that need it) Biggest problem was the AC. It was so loud we had to turn it off. Luckily it was cool enough outside to get by

Quickly becoming one of our fav places to stay - my daughter and I love stopping overnight here - the clean rooms, friendly staff, and warm pool are what keep us coming back! Wish that there were lists of local places that deliver food, that would help as doordash wasn't delivering much when we stayed. Didn't try the breakfast but nice to know its there. We just enjoyed the pool so much (it could use a paintjob and reglazing maybe) please don't change that!

There was some confusion on check in. I booked a room on 21st June, under my nameBerniceCorbin My daughter booked a room for us for June 22 under my husbands name, Peter Corbin. We wanted to be sure we stayed in the same room 2 days.finally got that straight. Checking out again some confusion, my husband was given a receipt for 22. I was never given a receipt for 21, I was told it would be emailed, I never got one

Such a nice stay. So clean and bright from the pool area to the outside seating and fire pit. Staff so friendly. Continental breakfast had so many options hot and cold.

The room was extremely clean, nice staff. Only complaint, a huge bunch of senior citizen bikers (peddle bikes) constantly slammed their doors. And talking very loudly. The couple next door had their tv so loud, I could even hear their show. Don't know why this bunch were so rude!

I accidentally reserved the wrong weekend. The policy says that no shows will be billed 1 night plus taxes. I reserved 3 nights and they refused to refund any of the money. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. Especially when there are so many better options such as Hilton Hotels or Econo Lodge
