Loved my stay at Sun and Ski Inn. It's the perfect little space for a quick weekend up in Stowe. The rooms themselves have plenty of space, love that they have a back door slider, was perfect to let our dog out (yes they are pet friendly!) back. Having Stowe Bowl right on premises was also great, we were up with friends who have two kids aged 7 anf 9 so it was perfect to have an acitivity for them and us to enjoy. Also loved the pool and hot tub, again was great for the kids and adults. Staff was extremely nice and accomodating, we were a late check and and check out and it went very smoothly. Would absolutely stay here again for a Sowe weekend.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It’s an incredibly clean lodging that allows you to bring your furry friends at no extra cost.
This time we actually stayed the whole time because our dog was less anxious than before.

The room was very dirty. We asked to clean it, but the cleaner only came with roller to try to remove dog hair from couch and air freshener.
Refuse to clean/change room, but offered cancellation

Very clean. Everything in the room worked as it should. Pool and hot tub were clean. Pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of this hotel.

The property is more like a motel, than a hotel. Having said that, the other properties on the street were similar style. The front desk person was not friendly, but answered my questions without showing any interest in a conversation. Instead of giving me some details about my stay, she said that "all the information is in the print-out which is given to me."
The pool is too dark and the water in it is on the chill side. The Jacuzzi was so over-crowded that it was a challenge to get out of it. The backyard was nice, especially for those who bring the dogs. Breakfast is very basic, but they do offer good quality trail mix to go.
Overall it was a good stay, but I would not rate this place as a 3 star hotel.

Taylor was so amazing at the front desk! The place is super cute- it has everything!!! Pool hot tub- and a beautiful river behind the property- plus the room was lovely- even had a fireplace!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Bowling ally was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Room was comfy. Wish we’d stayed longer.

The property is quite affordable for the area and the rooms are clean/ staff friendly. The parking is limited when there is a party at the bowling alley. The indoor pool is quite chilly and a dry suit would be lovely for winter swimming. There was a fire alarm activation during our stay in the evening, but we were only required to be outside for two hours. Thankfully, the parking lot was available and we could sit in our cars.
The only additional thing to note is a 17 dollar per day "resort fee" that will be added on per day.

This is basically a Motel with a facelift. Thought the beds were very uncomfortable, room smelled, bathroom small and old feeling. You could hear neighbors clearly and every car and person outside since your front door is right on the parking lot. On top of that, we had to leave a night early because of an emergency at home and I called to tell the manager this and didnt seem to care nor even offer any kind of refund since we didnt stay the last night. Instead we got charged a full 'resort fee' on top of what we had already paid. Very disappointing and would never go back here.

Good size, clean and comfortable rooms for our family of 4 with two young kids. Continental breakfast included. There is also a bowling alley and crazy golf on site. Air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust.

This property was fantastic!!! The staff was extremely friendly. It was super clean. A bonus was the bowling alley and bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again

Hotel was amazing. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. This hotel has mini golf right outside and bowling alley inside with a restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location with a 10 minute drive to Stowe. Coffee shops and restaurants near by.

Great area, close driving distance to most attractions, quiet peaceful town, would stay again if traveling to Stowe area.

The hotel itself is great but the restaurant has a very limited menu. Worse yet, the Continental breakfast is awful…. Expect cold hard boiled eggs, some store bought muffins, and a granola bar. You have to ask for the milk for your cereal. They don’t even have plates!

The hotel itself is beautiful. We enjoyed having a patio and walking to the creek behind the rooms. I was disappointed by our room as it was full of flies and the carpet had a little bit of a smell.
Nothing horrible, but for what we paid I would have expected to not have flies all over the room and bathroom.

I liked that it was walking distance to restaurants and it was clean. I think the faucets, water and plumbing could work better. But I also loved the patio, the backyard, and hot tub

Very nice hotel near the Stowe recreation path. We were able to use the path to walk to town, breweries and dining. There is a stream behind the hotel with a nice sitting area.

Beautiful location our room had a back small deck with chairs perfect for a sunny late summer day. Dogs welcome a big plus

It was nice that they had bowling and mini golf; although we didn't use those amenities. The bathroom needs updating. No fan in bathroom or hose extension for tub. You needed to hold down the lever for the toilet to flush completely.

great location, close to shops and restaurants and very close to Stowe bike/walking path. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was great and breakfast was included! Only thing to note was the hot tub was closed and we were told just for a couple of hours but then were told by someone else it would be closed all day and into the next day. Aside from that, great place to stay especially for kids and if you have dogs!
