The hotel was top shelf. Breakfast buffet was terrific with lots of choices. Very clean and great staff. A little hard to get to even with mapping software but worth the effort. Located in the middle of everything. A very enjoyable stay.

This is an excellent location and I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Magic Andorra. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the furniture had clearly seen better days (some of the veneer was peeling off the bedside table and desk) and the shower was terrible—weak water pressure, and the shower head kept slipping down and flopping over.

Very good was breakfast and great is location of hotel. The other services are poor. Stuff was unfriendly or so so, despite I have announced need of parking space, I wasn't informed that it's not possible, but offered me more expensive 100 m from hotel. Room on 6th floor facing on the parking lot was all the night very noisy caused by some AC machine from outside, from outside was also noise of parking cars. Equipment in the room was OK but mattress was overused and not comfortable. Cleaning was done without much of attention. Fast and good was internet connection and space of the room.

The hotel is well situated. 2mn walk from the start of the shopping centre. Very easy to access from parking to rooms. Hôtel bar open late in the evening

This was a good hotel overall. Right in the heart of town - everything is walkable. I could see most of the town from my balcony. Great sound of the river overnight. Huge room. One issue: the car park is EXTREMELY tight - people with large cars should consider carefully parking here. The breakfast and bar was nothing to rave about - but plenty of other options are at your doorstep.

The hotel is well reachable by car and has a parking for guests (paid). I was early so I couldn't get into my room yet, but I could leave my luggage behind the front desk.

Magic is in the centre of Andorra lá Vella, which is handy if you’re popping in for business locally as I was. Lots of things, shops, restaurants are walkable. They accommodated my dog, and there’s even a vets a couple minutes away. As this was during covid I also found a clinic for a PCR test close by. Also it’s great value for money and has parking on site!

Friendly staff and a great location for this hotel. Easy access to parking garage at the hotel. We had such a great time, we added a third night to our stay.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We barely had a few products in the bathroom, the 1st day. By far, should have had only 3 stars, and not 4. Otherwise, easy access to attractions and shops.

I stay here every year for several weeks. I booked the room for one day so I could get here. I have been here since the 13th of October, and will probably stay here until November. I am not sure if I should have booked through Expedia again, or directly through the hotel. I do this every time I travel. I never get a return flight. I also never make reservations for a hotel for more than several days. I travel alone and decide daily where I will go next. What suggestions do you have for someone that travels such as I do?

Lemplacement de lhôtel très central est idéal, le petit-déjeuner est bien et laccueil sympathique.Par contre, la chambre était vieillotte, aucune, absolument aucune clarté (la fenêtre donnait sur 3 autres murs) ce qui mériterait dêtre précisé lors de la réservation et le parking est hors de prix 37 euros (arrivée à 21h00 pour 2 nuits et départ à 10h00).

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Nice size rooms, quite rooms. Unfortunately the reception staff were miserable and unhelpful. We were informed there was no parking spaces in the hotel and should park across the road at a 20 euro per night car park. Well it turns out that car park was 30 euro per night and just 2 minutes away we could have parked at a 14.9euro per night.

Well located hotel for shopping. Own car park with easy access to hotel. Very helpful friendly checkin and check out staff with good English. Extensive breakfast buffet.,even had lactose free milk. Rooms were a good size. Big beds very comfortable and good showers.

Good location close to shopping facilities. Hotel was ok. On arrival was a bit flummoxed as receptionist thought I was a sole traveller ( had my two teenage sons with me) and asked to keep my itinerary. Room was adequate. Shower head was tiny and you had to stand against the wall to shower! Buffet breakfast was good....dinner time again buffet but offerings a bit hit and miss and there was no indication of what the dishes were. Think hotel is more a 3 * than a 4*.

Excellent location right on the heart of town. Major sites, food and shopping all close by, Bis station in 7 mins walk away. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountain. Shampoo dispenser in the shower is hard to squeeze. The glass barrier in the shower should be all the way or replaced by a shower curtain to prevent water from spilling out.

I love this hotel. We stay there every year and never had a problem. The reception staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Having the garage is a bonus which is why we first chose it. The balcony overlooking the river is lovely. No complaints at all, will be back!!
