Immaculate , possibly the nicest Four Seasons I’t stayed in. The room was just perfect. Nothing at all wrong. I believe them when they claim the rooms are soundproof. I couldn’t hear in between rooms nor could i hear outside noise.

Amazing hotel & location. Self parking was a reasonable price & only charging you once overnight letting you in & out as many times as you like, it was also a 2 min walk to the hotel not even. Very peaceful & the rooms are huge! Spa was amazing as well as the outdoor pool.

Definitely slipped from stay last year. Should any 4 or 5 star hotel have single ply toilet paper? Long delays for any service requests (help with bags, valet). Business center was single computer that was $7 for 15 minutes and $1/ page.

The rooms were so nice, lovely view, soundproof rooms and the big bathtub was a highlight! Bed was super comfy and plenty of pillows if needed. The restaurant downstairs had very good food as well. Definitely recommended!

Grounds looked tired. Not as pristine as prior visits. Do not like the metal cans of water - we appreciate the eco-sensitivity. But the water tastes metallic. Maybe cardboard boxes? Still a loyal visitor; we will be back.

What a beautiful place! Very clean and comfortable but most impressive was the staff. Each person was excellent at their position. Really enjoyed that! The restaurant Coin and Candor was an amazing spot for breakfast! A must try!

Four Seasons has never let us down. The service is always stellar and the staff have been friendly and helpful. We were able to borrow a steamer and print a few pages with ease. We love the small details and touches including separate curtain tracks to assure no light comes into the room and buttons for turn over service as well as do not disturb instead of fumbling with door hangs. The room was clean and comfortable with extra large pillows and plenty of room to move around. It was wonderful to be there and make our trip seem like a true vacation destination.

Great property. Expensive, but if you nook early enough it’s half the price. Attended a wedding event and had a wonderful time. New favorite chain. Right up there with Ritz Carlton.

One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at!! I e been to the four seasons in different locations, the ritz Carlton and the plaza hotel. It’s on par with the plaza hotel but in a much safer part of the world!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding in Somis last weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It felt like a mini honeymoon! The grounds are gorgeous including the gardens and our room with a view of the waterfalls. The service was impeccable and the staff really made us feel special. It was worth every penny. ❤️

Fantastic hotel, with great service and nice amenities. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms first class. The indoor pool was nice. There were quite a few events going on at the hotel so certain sections of the resort were frequently closed off. However, it was an otherwise great experience and we would return.
