Our stay was great! Super friendly check in and up graded our room for free when they saw we had kids to give us more space!

staff was friendly and attentive, but i was concerned about noises coming from either upstairs or next door. Asked the clerk about it, and they said they would look into it, but it continued all night, also, the refrigerator was not turned on when we arrived to our room, i had to turn it on and wait for it to cool down.

Our stay was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location was less than a mile to downtown and all the shops and restaurants as well and the apple orchard. I would definitely book this hotel again .

We were very satisfied with our stay here.
We originally booked to stay with Reid Lodge in this area , but we found the Reid Lodge was not clean and staff was not available.
Booking this Comfort Inn was a last minute booking. We found this establishment to be very clean , staff was available 24/7 , room was excellent, and the breakfast was very nice. It made our 1 night stay very enjoyable, and would definitely book here again for future stays.
The breakfast is offered until 10am , and check out is 11am….it was absolutely perfect as we were able to sleep in , get breakfast, and have abit more time to relax before leaving.
Thank you to all at this location for helping make our short trip experience exceptional.

This hotel was okay. It seems expensive for an average hotel room. The room temperature was hard to regulate or control. We ended up buying a fan at Walmart. There was something very strange about the electrical outlets in our room. We had chargers plugged in but our phones would not charge. We tried multiple outlets and they all had the same issue.

Helpful staff, older building, but well maintained & clean. Plenty of parking, staff very attentive in keeping breakfast area clean with hot food. Would return.
Dog friendly, but has a 50 dollar fee. Would be beneficial if Hotels.com or hotel would notify their customer prior to arrival.

This isn't your typical Comfort Inn - it's by far the nicest Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. The lobby with fireplace is the perfect mountain setting, and the mountain views from the hotel rooms are beautiful. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Overall would highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect. Allison was a huge help and very polite. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving was polite and helpful as well. The room was clean and quiet. The parking was easy.

The lobby was modern and welcoming. Front Desk staff very friendly. Room was smaller than it looked on website, lack of nightstand on one side of bed, chair was outdated/worn, wall outlet was loose, toilet was clogged, and a few bugs were killed.

The room is comfortable and the breakfast is great, but the TV and hairdryer in our room were broken.

This is a very convenient location if you're going to Blue Ridge, however the value wasn't that great: 2 people and 1 small dog for 2 nights was $400. The front desk staff was very friendly and well informed.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. the only complaint is that the walls are paper-thin. I could hear everything my next door neighbors were saying ,they might as well have been in the room with me ,and they weren't talking that loud!

The service at the front desk was excellent, the lobby inviting, and my room clean and comfortable. Iced lemon water was available in the lobby, but hot decaf coffee would have been better on such a chilly wet day. The room coffee maker and brand of coffee left much to be desired. Breakfast was adequate, the fresh fruit was welcome, and the eggs were very good (unlike some hotel breakfast buffet eggs) but a healthier brand of yogurt would have been nice. Toppings such as cinnamon and dried fruit would have been a welcome addition to the plain instant oatmeal. More low carb options would have been nice. Although there might a been one, I did not see a water dispenser designed for water bottles anywhere. I think many travelers might appreciate the addition of one.

Room with two king beds was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was not the best, so we opted to go out. Very good location also.

Terrible view from my room...front portico was all i could see out my window. Wood frame and pigeon poop instead of a mountain view. Thin walls also heard all whining dogs and walking in above room.

We loved the place. $325 for 1 night was kinda pricey for the area. Nothing was close by for walking. The receptionist asked "why were were staying there, we don't let locals stay for no reason" That bothered me a little. We live one county over but 30 miles away and we were there for a Concert in McCayseville so we didn't want to drive back home late at night.
