Staff was very nice and couldn’t beat the price. Room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. Parking was free and tons of places to eat within walking distance. I’d recommend this place!

Close to Beach, Steamers and Community Center. Hot water didn’t work, door barely locked, smelled musty, and way out of date. It worked for a place to sleep for the night.

Absolutely loved this property and our room was very clean when we arrived. Staff was so friendly. Only thing id probably have to complain about was the ice machine was broken down when we arrived so having to buy a disposable cooler and 4 bags of ice throughout our trip was a little annoying but we ended up making the best out of it!

The room was excellent, and the only thing that I shared with the staff and owner was the need for more power outlets, especially for charging phones. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay.

Awful experience. Got two rooms for the weekend and both were a mess. One shower did not work at all, the entry light didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way. The employees were short with me and rude. Terrible experience. Do NOT recommend

We have stayed with this hotel many times in the past. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was accommodating and great.

The staff and owner were very nice. The door to the first room gave a clear view to the outside when ot was closed because a part of the trim was missing. There was another reason why they gave me another room, but I don't remember what it was. The TV in the second room didn't work so they gave me an upgraded third room. I would point out that there was a light bulb out in the bathroom and a lamp which didn't work, so I traded out the bulbs before I realized that the TV didn't work. The toilet in the third room initially didn't flush, but it came around on the fourth attempt. The owner was kind to both upgrade my room and take something off the bill, which pleased me. The (third) room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. But I probably wouldn't go back because of the condition of the property.

Everything was great, check in was great as well as check out. The only thing that bothered me (certainly not a deal breaker) but the door of the bathroom was I guess falling apart so opening it and closing it was kind of a hassle but like I said it’s certainly nothing bad at all. The employees were very kind and informative, I’d love to stay here again. The location is also in a great spot, it’s kind of in the middle of everything we wanted to do so that worked out great.

This motel was so under- staffed that they forgot to restock coffee, towels, etc. The bathroom floor tiles were broken. We couldn’t lock our door because the lock was broken.

The door to the room was not secure, i could open door with a credit card because the door was so off center, the ice machine did not work. The cleaning Personel did not come to clean our room during stay. On the positive side the shower water pressure was great and the office Personel were pleasant and helpful.

Maintenance is much better this year than the past few. The check in being at 4pm is not very convenient. Very confusing lights and wall outlets situation and 8am breakfast is just a tad late for early check out. Would still come again.

Rooms were mostly clean but very dated and rough around the edges. The decking outside the rooms was falling apart. Breakfast was not great. Overall, it was somewhere to sleep and nothing more.

I feel so terrible making this review, but worse for the people who stay here. We checked in to our stay in the early evening, a standard double bed on the first floor of a side building amongst several that compose the hotel. We’re long-time vacationers on the island and it’s often we make accommodations for single nights as we have a child and expecting another. Our kid takes a bath and tiles start shaking beneath our feet. Several hours later we shower amid the wobbly floor tiles, kid falls asleep in the bed furthest from the door; an unexpected blessing. Walking around our faux-wood floor it is spongey and uneven. As I lay down in the bed closets to the door, I discover to my horror brown stains of mystery bodily excrement across the sheets and more than 10 maggots inches from my person. They were on the floor around the bed as well, unsure if they fell from my person/blankets as I jumped or there was just so many. I’m barely 10 weeks pregnant now frantic trying to decide if I need to be rushing to the nearest clinic and discussing likelihoods of toxoplasmosis, infestations, among other awful things. I’m distraught. My child could have been sleeping there, and the only true relief of the night was seeing her bed free from bugs. To make it worse, as my partner retrieves our belongings he falls through the tiles in the bath. The night staff at the hotel moved our room to their “deluxe” (should be the standard stay for ANY paying person) and later relented to refunding us.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. The hotel needs some updates and could use some larger beds but overall, we would stay here again! Our floor in our room was a little warped, but you can see where it was attempted on fixing it. There was apparently a hole in the wall that was patched but could have been repainted. The pool was amazing and kept clean. The staff here were really great and accomodating! Really enjoyed it.

For the price it is worth the stay. Room was nice an cozy. Only complaint is the parking. If you don’t park your vehicle by 5 you won’t get a parking spot from the bar next door…

This is an adequate place to put your stuff and sleep, If you don't mind peeling paint in the bathroom, broken desk chair and no elevators to the second floor. First room bathroom faucet was broken. Second room had the above. On the PLUS side, the water pressure was very good, the water was hot, and the beds were VERY comfortable. It was convenient and served our purpose.

Floor was spongy and super soft in places, leaving us to feel that the floor integrity was compromised. Sink had unfixed damage and there was a large gap under door that was partially covered with a broken weather strip.

It was a great location, close to alot of places. However, the overall cleanliness wasn't the greatest, looked like it was a wipe down at best. There was trash left under the desk chair, dust and dirt in every corner. The breakfast offered was minimum and the parking was very limited. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and the beds were comfy. I'd stay again only if in a pinch.

The hotel is conveniently located, however it does show its age. Food choice for breakfast was very limited and the room was always filled by house staff occupying several tables during breakfast.

Booked two days and gave me a key for one. Requested maid service and never received it. When I asked for towels, they didn’t have enough. Staff was friendly. The breakfast also didn’t have much options.

I chose this hotel, based on the size of the rooms which were bigger than other hotels for a higher price. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was nice from the room. While the breakfast was minimal, at least they provided a breakfast I thoroughly believe that the price I paid was the best value for the Hotel and services I received. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I have a enjoyed both stays.
