It was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!

Booked a reservation with Expedia several days in advance and when I arrived to the hotel they could not find my reservation. Front desk said they were going to put it in manually but when Expedia called them they recommended to just give me a refund. Unacceptable we'll never stay here

This hotel is SO beautiful, warm and inviting. 5 star accommodation with amazing views! Easy parking and so close to Teton National Park! Loving our stay!

Poor experience from the start. Beds are uncomfortably firm, AC was noisy in first room, nightstand drawers stayed open because it was so uneven they wouldn’t stay shut. Sink leaked wastewater all down into the lone drawer in the bathroom, ruining dozens of my wife’s makeup brushes, makeup pallets and folding pouches they were in and manager offered to move us rooms after my insistence and a $100 credit (about 5% of the cost of the 3 night stay). They did attempt to make it up to us later with a free dinner at the lobby restaurant instead of the paltry credit but the new room’s AC didn’t work (fortunately it’s a cool location at night so we just opened the door), and the “water hammer” was so bad in the bathtub you could not take a bath as it sounded like a jackhammer inside the walls. This was supposed to be a luxurious experience to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and instead we lost an entire day to cleanup, changing rooms and shopping for new products and it spoiled the vibe of the stay completely. The managers were both very nice but dealing with what is branded as a luxury hotel experience, their minuscule efforts fell very short. We’ve stayed in Teton Village many times and have had better experiences everywhere else we’ve stayed

Very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the Tetons. There are also many things to do in the Teton Village. We loved our stay here!

Nice hotel but off season it’s understaffed and a 3 star hotel at best. Front desk staff rude. Restaurant food was good but room service breakfast was terrible. Landscapers noisy early in the morning. Employees not trained and hotel not managed properly. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

A charming hotel nestled right in the Teton Village. A well kept property that was cozy and not pretentious. Front house staff was cordial, professional and very helpful. Rooms were a good size and was very surprised the kitchen was fully stocked with just the right amount of cooking tools and pots/pans. The jet tubs were amazing and came in use after a long day of skiing. Had a beautiful room, nice patio and even saw 2 moose hanging outside. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back soon.

This truly feels like home away from home! The hotel is fantastic but the staff is what truly makes it feel welcoming! We will be back!

Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Our room was spotless and the sheets are heaven!

We were told food was buy one, get the second for $2, then we got our bill and it was full price.

For the Price point there should have been way better service and rooms.

Staff jumped when I complained about the room.
Downside: Shower was difficult to get warm (either scalding hot or cold). Shower faucet faulty and falling apart. Ran out of shower gel while son in shower, had to go to front desk (no one apparently checked during prior cleaning). Hanger for towels (only 1 for 4 person room) was falling off. There was no cutlery for food (had to ask and then they removed the unused at the next cleaning!). No laundry bags (had to ask at front desk twice).

Beautiful property and perfectly located. A bit pricey though, and rooms were on the smaller side of what we expected.

The price was over $1000 per night. You’re lucky it’s in Teton Village or there’s no way it’s worth that much. The shower was a bit disappointing. It leaked all over because there was only half the glass needed. Shouldn’t have to request fresh towels. Eco-friendly is just a noble excuse to cut expenses and decrease service.

Obviously, the location is supreme. However, for the amount of money they charge for the rooms, one would expect better accommodations and service.
There was no one at the entrance to greet us and we had to remove our bags from the car and take them to the lobby ourselves. Upon check-in, we were told that we had to wait for our room until well after 4:00. Not ideal.
Our room was small and didn't have a view (800.00 per night). Additionally, when we went to open our window, the window mechanism broke and we had to call maintenance to fix it. Due to a lack of labor (or at least that is what is being told as the excuse) the rooms are only serviced every 3rd day, which meant that we were running out of coffee, lotion, etc. and needed to make requests. How convenient for hotels to provide less service and charge premium rates. They must be making a killing.
Overall, the location is awesome and the staff was nice. The lobby is well cared for and the restaurant is decent, but not 5 star. One of my biggest grips about Teton Village is that the food options don't meet the price points of the accommodations. Hopefully, that is changing.
Love the Village and love the location.

The property and surrounding area are fantastic. Maybe the only thing I would look at improving is availability of breakfast for early risers, the restaurant opened at 7am. Outside of that I am looking forward to our next trip out!

Was not overly impressed with this hotel for the price. The lobby was very nice but the room was small and could’ve been cleaner. The windows on our room were extremely dirty, so not visually appealing to look out. I noticed the windows on the entire building were all dirty as I was walking around the property. There were crumbs on the table In our room when we first arrived. At check in no one bothered to tell us the pool was closed for repairs, which was the sole reason we chose this hotel. We were also not told housekeeping would only come to our room upon request. We only found this out after coming back to our room after a long day to find it uncleaned. I was able to call the front desk and they did send someone right down to clean it. We found out about the pool after getting our kids suits on and arriving to the pool with a closed sign on it. The hotel did direct us to another pool and a nearby property which was a dump. The hotel was not very apologetic about the pool. It would’ve been nice if they offered a discount on our stay or a food/bev we age coupon or something. As we were there for 4 days and again, only chose this hotel for the pool, which was the one thing our kids were looking forward to in this trip.

It was close to the sky lift, staff was very nice and the hotel had a car service that would drop us wherever in the village

Staff was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and always willing to help with anything without even being asked.

Beautiful. Everything was wonderful. Definitely recommend

We stayed in a studio which was not supposed to be handicap accessible but was. The bed was not very comfortable and with the unit being handicap accessible the kitchen was not very nice. I would not recommend this renting a studio unless you can get a guarantee for it not to be HC accessible.

We had a 4-day anniversary trip held over by weather and Christina at the front desk was more than accommodating to extend our stay. Our room was a bit tight but the bed super comfy and absolutely quiet. We slept like the dead.

Perfect getaway after a faster paced trip through Montana and Yellowstone. Picturesque and relaxing.

We took an impromptu trip. I was happy they had a fireplace and booked based off of the stars. We were a little shocked that our bed was a Murphy bed. Thankfully we had the kitchen and full fridge. The spa is only open Thursday- Sunday. I was disappointed and had planned to take advantage of the services on Sunday before we flew out.It was fine but not what we usually see from a 4.5 star. I’m sure the pandemic has something to do with this, too. Parking was a mess.

Loud snowplows at 3 am and outdoor parties that last til 1:30 am. If you’re into that sort of scene the place is otherwise good.
2.5
excellent stay! The murphy bed was extremely comfortable and it was great to have a full kitchen to use so we could make breakfast in the morning and get ready for the mountain. The front desk staff (especially Morgan) get an A+. They were extremely attentive and always happy to help. Centrally located to all the restaurants and shops in the village. Just a few steps to the lifts and you could essentially ski right back to the hotel. Added plus is the Jacuzzi in the room with a huge tub. 10/10 would stay again. It was truly a home away from home!

The hotel was nice however I just did not like how they did business. It is definitely overpriced for what they offer. The bed comes out of the wall not a regular bed. Second the people and staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience to help. We understood it was a low season and there was not many people staying there but they are very unwelcoming and i have never felt this at a “high end hotel.” This, aside from the house cleaning ladies that were great everyone else needs to learn some basic hospitality. The hotel charged multiple amounts leading up to the stay and then double charged each of the charges I had to the room and from the hotels. For instance we ate at oysteria and they charged me $50+ at the hotel and then two days later charged me the same thing again. This happened twice and then twice to the hotel rooms. If Hotels.com does business with them please make sure that both of your terms align because this can be very discouraging to even use these services. I am still waiting on the hotels to refund.

Good location, in the heart of the ski village, the free concerts out front are great, (we saw Big Bad Voodoo Daddy)

Was there for a half marathon. The hotel was very clean and I enjoyed the roof top hot tub. Only downside was that the restaurants stopped serving food after 9 pm and a few nights I couldn’t get a meal. Also when I asked for a kettle to make tea I was told they don’t have them and to use the coffee maker. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Holy cr*p, this was the nicest hotel I think I've ever stayed in. I had a studio with a murphy bed and it was sincerely the most relaxing weekend I've had in decades. So nice, such a good location, super chill.

The staff members went out of there way to make it a unique, personal experience for my wife and I.

This is a very nice hotel and worth considering for a stay a Jackson Hole. Our arrival was just before 10:00 pm and all the parking spaces were taken. We were not the only ones left searching for a place to park. Our other issue was an expensive item left in the room after we vacated. Not an item that should have been thrown away, but the hotel was never able to locate it. Both issues left us a little disappointed.

Large, comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Only downside was coffee maker was plugged up and they could use more parking. The location was really good in the village and well situated for summer travel as well near entrance to Grand Teton NP.

So much to do in the area. Great atmosphere and beautiful scenery where ever you look!
