The room I stayed in had a leak in the ceiling. After reporting it to the Front Desk, the Attendant acted if it's normal and did not seem concerned or deemed it as a priority or valid concern. When asked to speak to The Manager, whom I had been previously informed that the Manager woukd be available at 8am. Aurora, informed me that there was No Manager on Staff to speak to at that time, nor was one even going to be there all day on Sunday February 11th. There was no Urgency to see how big or small the leak was, what possible damages were done to the Property nor myself. As I advised her that it did leak onto my skin in my shoulder and to possibly identify the source of the water(toilet leak, plumbing, hole in the walls) etc. And possibly mold or contaminants, and irritants from the water. I did notice a gradual onset of some upper respiratory symptoms, including a slight headache. She did not even offer to write a report of my complaint nor issued me a receipt upon check out.

A very nice and quiet Hotel. Friendly and professional staff. I asked for extra things for the room and they fulfilled every request right away. The best included breakfast we've ever had at any Hotel. Secure parking is very close. Because of the weather, we did not use the pool, but it looked nice.

Overall my stay was decent. My window was leaking so there was a towel in the window seal to keep it from leaking on the AC unit. The entrance to the room could use some sealing to keep the noise, from passing neighbors, out. The breakfast taste free LOL, settled for a bagel the first day and never went back.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with very nice workers. We stayed 2 nights with no room service. Thought we should have some. The room needs so cosmetic fixing-ripped/missing wallpaper.

I enjoyed staying here. It was out the way but still close enough to LA/Hollywood/Santa Monica . We walked to the many food places around : Starbucks is cross the street, El Pollo Loco is diagonally across the street .. McDonald’s is across the street , a gas station is next door to get drinks & snacks. Nothing is more than a 3 minute walk. As far as room conditions, everything was clean. We stayed on floor 4 of 4. Hot water, clean towels daily. We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. My only complaint was there was no full length mirror in the room. Otherwise, great stay. Oh & breakfast was yummy & a great spread daily.

We received an accesible room, super spacious, really clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and kind. Parking was cheap and safe. Much better than others in the area. Happily recommend for families

This property is older. And it needs a lot of updating. It was clean. Somewhat. You could still see that it needs cleaning. But it was what we paid for. And it did have a secure parking garage.

Front desk were very welcoming. Outside was kind of sketchy. Inside the hotel it felt very secure and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

The hot tub was cold and the pool and hot tub hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was a sticky film on the surface of the water which was pretty gross. My daughter went in anyways and I noticed there is no chlorine smell to the water. Which made me more concerned over the cleanliness of the pool. The pool shouldn’t be advertised. There is no way it’s up to standard. There is also a garbage dump site directly behind the hedge of the pool area. (Which was also visible from my room) The room itself was great with the exception of really loud AC units. Very clean and the room attendants were all great.

Overall OK. You get what you pay for. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, good enough. More than just coffee and bagels. No bacon but they did have sausage patties. Better than most due to variety but not the BEST I have had at a Hotel. Pool was clean and area was clean. Workout room was showing signs of wear and 2 of the 4 exercise machines were not working. Nice secure, gated, dedicated parking lot. Biggest issue was the overall smell of the hotel and our room when 1st arriving. It goes away once you get used to it but definitely an odd odor? A good, clean, average place to stay and save some $$$. A good stay considering this is a tough area in Hawthorn\Englewood.

Area felt sketchy. Bed was clean, but carpets and chairs were filthy. Asked to be moved to a new room that didn't have a filthy couch/carpet and didn't receive any refund of difference for the downgrade. New room was in same condition. Being late and worn out from traveling we just accepted the room, checked the sheets well, and went to bed. It's embarrassing they would rent these rooms like this. It's not a cleaning staff thing. The items just need to be replaced. Even down to the curtains. YUCK!!!

Max was very friendly and welcoming during my check-in. He was very polite and explained everything to me with ease. The amenities in the room.bathroom were top notch. The mattress and pillows. Unbelievable comfortably! The AC in the room worked amazing, kept my room cold. Multiple outlets to plug in all of my devices. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m around the neighborhood.

The hotel was nice and we felt safe. Our only disappointment was the fact that they advertised free 24 hour shuttle service to LAX AND THETR WAS NO SHUTTLE service at all. It was discontinued in 2020.

Will give this property 3/5 stars. Pros: Good breakfast selection. Has some toiletries provided that other hotels don’t offer. Free parking space. Accessible to necessities. Cons: We have booked a king suite but when we got there, the reception said that they don’t have any king bed anymore and asked if queen bed is okay with us. Did not even bother to apologize for this. Second, the washroom was okay. Had the necessities we needed but could have used some cleaning. There was a bottle of alcohol left on the sink. The carpet needed some shampooing, had stains all over. There was also a construction in the morning which we were not notified ahead when we checked in. For the money that we paid, I don’t think it was really worth it.
