Customer service was top notch. Really appreciated the drink token at the bar. Was also very pleased at Batch and Sergio's was literally next door. Only issue with the hotel was the hot water in the shower was non existent. At best it was luke warm.

Smack in the middle of Brickell Miami. Parking on several floors. Small pool & spa. Room service wasn't working. OK hotel, nothing more.

Was very clean and staff super friendly. We felt very safe. Breakfast amazing. Hot tub great as well. Only complaint was no towels at the pool area. You have to go to front desk.

We arrived very early from a flight at about 9:45am and they actually had a room ready and we were able to enjoy breakfast. Best hotel and this is our second time here!

Staff was so nice!! The rooms were also so nice - first time walking into the room it smelt so fresh and clean! 10/10 recommend. Also, super close to so many good restaurants and city center.

Nice hotel at great location in Brickell. We arrived from airport with metrorail train and it was very convenient, the station is just few meters away from the hotel entrance. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable, bathroom was very nice and modern. The front desk was very helpful with our delayed luggage issues providing us with toothbrush etc. The only (and very big) downside was the breakfast: The food itself was good, but everything was served with singe-use plastic cutlery and styrofoam plates! This should not be ok anymore anywhere in the world - not even in the US. This is extremely unecological and not sustainable at all. Disposable containers also have very "cheap" image and that is probably not be what the hotel wants. Otherwise we were very pleased with this choice for couple of nights we stayed here.

Location of this hotel is great: lots to do and see within walking distance. Room was very clean. Pool area was comfortable and clean, including the hot tub (which these days it is harder and harder to find a functioning one). We looked forward to the breakfasts, which had many good quality and tasty options. Lastly, the guest services were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It’s just a little outside the really busy part of Miami but that is walking distance. Everything is spotless and the staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful. We are boarding a cruise but this would also be a great place to soak up the sun and take in the atmosphere as well.

We arrived several hours before check in and the kind staff safely stored our luggage until check in. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel gave us tix for a 2 free drinks in the lobby bar. The hotel was beautiful and we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants. There was a grocery store and a 7 eleven. They also had a shuttle and Uber was a cheap option as well. The room was clean and spacious… I really loved the beautiful bathroom too. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Miami

Great hotel - staff were great especially the girl who checked us in ( I think her name was Deirdre) and Carlos the concierge was so helpful. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Tea and coffee available all day and the breakfast was delicious with so much choice .Some great restaurants nearby - we really enjoyed Baires Grill. I would have preferred proper cups / glasses in the room and for breakfast and drinks -but I suppose it’s more hygienic with disposable ones ( which were recyclable I believe) . We were given vouchers for a free drink on arrival but never managed to use them as both nights we tried we gave up waiting after 20 minutes and went elsewhere- they only had one staff member on the bar and it was very busy so this would be only (very minor ) critical feedback.

Our flight was canceled due to FDA grounding of all max 9 airplanes. It was beyond our control. Hotel charged one day fees though we couldn’t fly out. A huge amount of money lost. I understand it’s their rules to cancel earlier or fees apply but we weren’t notified of flight cancellation until just before leaving.
