Great hotel and walking distance to MIM and plenty of restaurants and coffee. Clean and comfortable The breakfast got overwhelmed but it was spring trading and spring break so very full. Still very nice ❤️

Excellent service from the moment you enter the reception to the people who serve the breakfast area. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are impeccable, the beds are super comfortable, and the service is excellent throughout. thank you so much.

very clean...excessive packaging at breakfast but they may still be in pandemic mode. Front desk was a little stressed but very nice....maybe should tell guest that you need to inset extra card to start electric in room. Mattress great...pleased with my stay

Loved the staff. Very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, however outdated. The shower and toilet were worn which made them look dirty. Lighting was sparse but the bed was super comfortable.

The walls in this hotel are ridiculously thin. The headboard wall of my room backed up to the elevator - talk about poor layout! Every time someone went up the elevator I could feel the vibrations in my pillows. There was a room full of teens next to me and I could hear them giggling all night, despite my call to the front desk. Don't stay at this hotel if you have to get up early the next day for work!

The place was just fine although it really could have used some variation in its breakfast offerings. Why are the towels made out of sandpaper (although the sheets were nice and comfortable)?

The lobby, corridor and room felt like there was a layer of grease and grunge. Can use a thorough cleaning. Cheerful staff would also help.

Very comfortable beds and the breakfast is great. Lighting in the room is quite dim. We unfortunately had a room with a shared door. You would of thought the door was open and they were in our room.

We often stay here when our kids have tournaments at Reach 11 Sports Complex. It’s convenient, close to multiple dining options, has great room size (especially when you get the queen/queen with sofa bed) and the laundry facilities are right by the elevator— great for washing uniforms!

All our encounters with the staff were pleasant , from the front desk clerks to the maid and the people running the breakfast court. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was well furnished, clean and had an efficient layout. Our only complaint would be the pillows [ a little too large and too firm.] All in all we felt this stay was a very good value.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. The coffee was good, breakfast was good too. Our room was clean when we arrived and the next day while we were out they came in and took dirty towels and replaced and cleaned up. I was impressed.:)

We stay at this property regularly with teenagers and love it’s convenient location to desert ridge mall with shopping and dining to keep everyone busy and happy. The rooms are clean and everyone so nice and helpful. Additionally the rooms are nice and cold which we live in the hot summers.

The front desk said my card for incidentals was not valid, even though I called the CC company, put them on speaker, and they said my card was good to go. Still, they would not let me check in. I better not get charged for this snafu.
