Recently stayed two nights at Only You Boutique hotel in Madrid and will certainly be returning when our travels take us back to Madrid. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were made to feel welcome.
On the first day, while checking in, we were offered a glass of cava and a hard candy. My girlfriend remarked how much she liked the candy. Upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon we found a handwritten note from the manager, along with a box of those candies. A very nice touch!
This hotel is well located, within walking distance to all of the major sites of Madrid including Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, Prado, and the Salamanca District. This is truly a boutique style hotel, with 5-star level amenities packed into a less than traditional, but exceptionally well put together hotel. Our room was on the smaller size, but had two walkout balconies overlooking the street. Room decor was what you would expect from a high-end boutique hotel.
Services were great with a very active hotel bar and restaurant. Staff was always at the ready with a welcome back, great restaurant recommendation, or afternoon snack.
We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at Only You Boutique Hotel.

We adored this hotel! It’s breathtakingly beautiful, the staff were all so lovely and accommodating, the food was amazing, and there were a ton of thoughtful touches that made you feel right at home throughout the hotel. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Definitely a must for Madrid!

Best place in madrid for us we love this hotel and came again to stay here after 3 years and need to admit that it is still the same good place with great comfort and such a nice vibe!

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room and staff were very professional. Location is excellent. The room sometimes got quite noisy in the evening due to activity in hotel bar area.

Wonderful hotel and great location. Everything was an easy 20-30-minute walking distance away. The staff was spectecular. They even got us a cup of coffee early in the morning on the Sunday we had to leave for the airport and everything was still closed. The one and only issue we had was that we had a room facing the inner courtyard where the reception area and lobby is and it was super noisy all night long. There is no quiet time. We could open our window which was great but people were talking loudly at every hour of the night. Would definitely stay at the hotel but next time we will make sure to get a room facing the street.

The hotel is a great example of what boutique should be. Lots of statement features that lend themselves to lots of pics. The service was exceptional (thanks Christina) whether that was the welcome, breakfast service and room service. The room was also cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the many things Madrid has to offer. The only minor negative (and it is minor!) is the lack of storage space in the bedroom.

Hotel is in a very good location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Issues with the property include - no where to layout your suitcases. No USB ports to plug in your electronics. If you want to get a cup of coffee early in the morning, you have to go to the staff and it is a process. There is instant coffee in the room, but not sure why they don't make good coffee available for guests in the early morning near the front desk etc.

This hotel is wonderful. The decor is beautiful, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, the room was clean, the food was excellent and there were lovely touches like a frozen yogurt machine and cold drinks available in the lobby. A really super hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t our favorite. The bathroom door is like a slatted closet door, so privacy in there is non-existent. The breakfast was fantastic! We had spa services, which were amazing. There are many food options available nearby, including markets. Note that the front desk is a bit hard to locate when you arrive— it’s in the middle of several sitting rooms and dining areas.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel that is within walking distance to major attractions. Great buffet breakfast. Clean. Street view room was quite noisy at night. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Only stayed one night but the property and staff were excellent. The ground floor bar was a fun vibe with a DJ and complimentary Dolce Marted. Bartender made wonderful drinks and the area around the hotel was safe, walkable, and had a lot of good restaurants, pharmacy, and market.

At this hotel the staff is very attentive. The waiters and staff are professional, yet relaxed and fun. This a high quality, well-run hotel. With superb food. It is near the city center, so some noise is to be expected, but on the whole quiet. It is a portion of a solid block of Madrid architecture, opening in to an artistically designed, multi room and multi story hotel, around an inner courtyard. Moreover, adding to the charm of this place, breakfast, of your choice, or of buffet in the morning, is served whenever you wake up! I breakfasted at 4:00 PM one afternoon. Scrambled eggs with cheese, onion, and tomato, toast with butter, rich black coffee (Americano), and the loveliest green sour-sop juice blend that quickly became my favorite.
The place is a boutique hotel, four stories of rooms, in a charming antique building in the heart of Madrid. A property small enough for personalized service, yet large enough to be alone and relax. The staff are excellent in getting you where you want to go quickly and with efficient charm. They even go on the street and hail taxis for you, give easily understood directions if walking. This place is warm without being overwhelming. Solo travelers, like I (sixty-two year old fogy) are welcome You can lay back here, be at ease, think, read, plan. Take everything in as a fly on the wall, or interact. All the big museums,

The service was impeccable. Very cool vibe hotel located within 15 minutes walk of many museums & high end shopping. There are 2 Mercado’s (Grocery Markets) directly across the street in case you want to load up on water, coke, fresh orange juice, vegetables etc etc
Our breakfasts were included, and I’d suggest that you order off of the menu versus using the buffer. There is no extra charge to do this and you can get eggs Benedict, omlettes etc.
Christina at the Front desk took care of all of our needs.

Unforgettable visit to Madrid with amazing hospitality from Only You staff! Room was spotless and spacious with blackout drapes and comfy bedding. Reception staff excellent thanks to Julio, Christina and Carmen. Close to attractions and restaurants. Amenities beautiful….Will be back again!

Hotel and rooms had a lot of charm and were very clean and comfortable. My only small critique is that the mattress pad had a plastic on it that made it slightly less comfortable than it could have been. Also the light from the courtyard was left on all night so it never got as dark in the room as I would have liked, but it was dark enough. Small critiques, but worth noting. Thanks for a great stay otherwise!
