I regularly visit Tustin to spend time with my friends. This motel is in a great location for walking to downtown Tustin where there are bars and restaurants. The people are very nice and accommodating.

I WASNT NOTIFIED THAT CHECK OUT DATE WAS UP I HAD CONFIRMED WITH FRONT DESK FOR A CERTAIN DAY AND I SHOWED UP AND MY BELOGINGS WERE GONE FROM THE ROOM THEY HAD MY STUFF IN THEIR DIRTY STORAGE AND KEPT MY BRAND NEW SHOWER ITEMS

Dirty. Water pressure literally hurt. Bed was uncomfortable. But mainly the bathroom was disgusting

The rooms are small and haven’t been updated in years. The A/C was filthy and covered in some mystery sticky substance as was most of the rest of the room including the doors. I’m used to a Motel 6, and this place is still beyond sketchy and dirty. Nice area of town though.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and look of the room.
They can't really control the overall "behavior" of guests, so I won't complain it. Within the room, you won't be disappointed with the stay.

One of the rooms shutters were broken so we couldn’t close it all the way, second room had cigarette burns in blanket on bed and the bathroom was dirty and had graffiti artwork behind the tv and smelled like cigarettes.

Had people outside just walking, felt unsafe. Upstairs just people hanging around looking what was going in. The room was disgusting. Patched walls. Definitely not worth booking. Not worthy to be a motel 6.

The overall experience was ok. I grew up in the area and came down with my boyfriend to visit family. I had initially booked our stay for 2 nights. My boyfriend wanted to stay an extra night and wanted his card to be charged instead of mine. They charged his card for a new room instead of adding another night to our current room and so we got locked out of the room we were staying in. We went back to the office and explained again that we already had a room booked and just wanted the extra night. They said they wouldn't be able to use his card since my name was on the booking. They said they would cancel the payment on his card and only mine would be charged. It has been months and the charge was never refunded on his card. It's in an area I am familiar with which is nice but I don't think I'd book again just because it's been a hassle to get the money back.

The area around the motel is a 10/10 - my cousin suggested it bc it was close to her house. However, the hotel is currently running as a halfway house or something like it. It is meant to help get people off the streets - which is meaningful and good - however, I stayed with my 2 teen daughters and we were definitely out of place (3 women alone). Nothing happened other than loud neighbors and staring eyes but it was not as expected. Additionally, the room itself wasn't really cleaned, the towels were stained and the bed covers had burn hole in them. We made the best of it since you have to pay upfront - but overall will not stay there again.

Overall the place was ok. Our toilet was plugged when we got there and were handed a plunger at the door to take of the problem ourselves. For the most part the room was clean, but the floor was not. Our white socks were black in the matter of minutes of walking around the room. Since it was only 1 night is was ok. If I had to stay more than one day, I probably would have found another hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY ARE SPYING ON GUESTS. I checked in and met my girlfriend here. Initially entering the room I thought it was odd there was a window attached to the bathroom. It was covered with a thin piece of plastic. At around 12:30 I went outside and noticed a man wearing a full head and face covering (balaclava) coming out from a room directly aceros which was a utility and supplies room. He was holding a hammer and a spray bottle and rag. I watched him go from the utilities room to a window of another room nearby peer In through the wood shutter that had gaps, and pretend to clean. I
Around 2:30 am I heard footsteps from above sounding like they were on floorboards just above us. There was no second story above my room, room 117, directly next to the office. I continued to hear footsteps sporadically over the next hour even stoping music to listen which would que the person to not move. Finally I was so freaked out I started investing the room and opened the bathroom window and covering revealing a room with what appeared to be a pile of items allowing someone to go up to the Window to peer in. I immediately called he cops and will be seeking further legal action. If you don’t want to be watched or recorded while in the shower or toilet I highly recommend finding another hotel.

Disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, mold/mildew on the shower, sink had a bucket under it to catch water, hole in the shower, stove was disgusting, roach in fridge. I can go on and on! I didn’t even stay there, I walked right back out & they will not give me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was clean but the shower was incredibly small and I'm not a large person. Didn't care for the pillows. There was a large gap under the door so if someone was outside the room, it was noisy and made it cold. I had to stuff a towel there for improvement.

The room has been recently painted. New bedspread. Towels had hair interwoven into them. Toilet had stains, and toilet lid was stained/appeared dirty. Mirror was spotted. Room smelled as though it had been smoked in. Plastic drinking cups had holes in bags covering. Neighbors were noisy. Many appeared to be living there. Was not a comfortable physical stay or feeling safe/secure.

Roaches. I fought with them all morning! The fridge didn't work. The plug in the bathroom didn't work. And the lightbulbs we're out. The property was very nice. But he room was very disappointing.

The property was immaculate. The room... Not so much... The light bulbs were out, the plug in the bathroom didn't work, the fridge didnt work and there were roaches under the microwave and in the bathroom and a few on the walls occasionally. I really liked the place though! Kind of a hidden gem! And check-in was super fast and easy.

Loved this place! Stayed the night for a little get away and had such a nice relaxing time. The hotel manager was super nice and helpful.

I walked in, turned on the light saw first cockroach. Killed it as I was exhausted and it was so late. Open fridge baby bugs all over. Bathroom killed 2. I did a full wipe down on everything. Had to wake up the next day early. Couldn’t sleep of course. Left for appt. put all my stuff up high just in case. Came back late cockroach on the wall by my suitcase, my jacket was hanging and I went to grad my camera (again) but it was gone. I grabbed my jacket and there it was. I just hope there are none that ended up in my suitcase.

The room was sufficient. Upon check in we were greeted by the front desk worker with an unfriendly scowl. After giving us our keys she asked "You have too many things right?" I was caught off guard by the rude question/accusation. I responded with no we have what we have. She then said, "you can keep them in the car then". I was totally shocked by her rude command. I said, we will take in what we need thanks." She frowned at me and rolled her eyes. Completely rude and disrespectful. Not welcoming at all terrible customer service!

This Motel 6 is very nice! It’s on a really charming street with restaurants within walking distance The area has a very nice town square, hometown feel. The property is well-kept and updated. It is surprisingly quiet and the bed was super comfortable! I’ll be back for sure!

The overall stay was fine. The room was clean but I think the AC and bathroom vents could use a cleaning. Like all Motel-6, pet's stay free. This motel lacked an on-site area for your pets. There is an area in the back of the hotel, on a cul-de-sac you can take them, but felt I should mention it as this might be a bit difficult for some folks traveling with pets.
