Everything, from check in to check out was amazing. Friendly staff. Room, lobby, hallways, restaurant, pool, and hot tub were all super clean. Highly recommend.

The room was nice besides the pubic hairs and long stand of hair on our bathroom floor when we entered. Also our gas was siphoned to under E when we were departing the hotel. We were celebrating oir sons birthday and we were very disappointed.

A hidden gem in a beautiful part of California with free breakfast, free evening cocktails with generous snacks; friendly, helpful staff; I wouldn't go anywhere else in this area.

This is one of the nicest family friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed. The free breakfast is much better than your usual free continental breakfast. The coffee was disappointing though. A tip for families with kids staying on the pull out couch, you need to request the linens and pillows. I was not expecting that and it would have been nice for the staff to mention it at check-in since there were 4 of us and only one bed.

We have stayed 4Xs in this hotel (in the same room!) during the last 4 months. I would have thought that by now after my reviews to the hotel they would made SOME improvements. Breakfast is ok but could use "fresh food " rather than food that has been sitting for at least 2 hrs. Our room was the most concern; the sofa is in terrible condition, torn and armrest's are peeling. The mattress are old and very "soft". I advised the mgr. He said they would correct it; that was last month last time we stayed there. This visit everything remains the same. Same torn sofa, same soft mattress. Considering staying elsewhere next time.

We loved this hotel! It was a fabulous experience and far exceeded our expectations! We were down in my hometown visiting friends and had a fantastic stay. My only disappointment was simply that you have to specify that you want the beds made each day or housekeeping won’t remake them. We arrived very late at night and I missed this in the paperwork when we checked in and it was a minor disappointment. We will know better next time but otherwise everything was fantastic and we plan to stay there every time we are back in town for a visit.

Arrived Friday 3/1. Our group was down in the Lobby when the electricity went out. Generator kicked in and we continued our board game and cocktails😄

The hotel overall was pretty good with a few exceptions: 1.The sofa in the room is outdated. The cushions on the sofa were torn and peeling. 2. One of TV's in the gym was not functioning. 3. After my workout; I tried to use the jacuzzi but the jets were not functioning. 4. For the Social Hour we were given just one ONE drink ticket person (really?)

The reviews were so high, and the resort did not disappoint. Some team members shone, while others did not. Room was very nice, and the fitness center was fantastic. Steam and sauna were a nice touch. Great location, walking distance to everything.

Last minute visit with Family. Clean room and comfy bed. The staff very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, biscuit & gravy freshly made. Loved it. We will be back.

We love this hotel. However there is always something broken in every room. Bathroom outlet didn’t work in room we stayed in first night. Room safe didn’t work second night. Other occasions remote broke etc. the rooms are nice the beds are comfy. The shuttle left us stranded at the casino as new shuttle driver called in sick. Appetizers are nice as is the happy hour.

Good location, spacious room and bathroom. Just need a little touch - keep hot tea and coffee available in the lobby all the time. Provide softer tissue paper. Staff could come across friendlier if they smiled

Nice breakfast and a separate tub and shower is a nice touch. A welcome glass of wine is appreciated. Filthy carpets in the room plus a dirty toilet which was reported but nothing was done to fix it. They state that they do not do daily housekeeping. The pillows had an odor and were not clean. Not impressed !!

We love this hotel. However after taking the shuttle over to the casino. We called several hours later and they were like sorry our driver called in sick. We had to pay for Uber which kinda sucked. The hotel itself is great and most of the staff are very friendly.

We had an excellent staty in this hotel we feel like we are at hone very nice place , its clean and comfortable to stay with. Separate bathtub is excellen and enjjoyed it. Planning to comeback again soon very nice place to stay.

Just an overnight and upon arrival headed to Graton Casino to meet family so didn’t get to enjoy the free cocktails at 5:30pm. Also with late night, didn’t get to have advertised included breakfast as it ends at 9 am; which is TOO early when checkout is at 11am. Know that the hallway smelled like lack of fresh airing out.

Check in was super quick. Hotel room was clean and quiet. The only issue we faced was that the TV did not work. The screen was blank and we could not get any channels to work but no biggie. Wifi was also pretty weak. Overall, stay was good. Breakfast was also pretty good. Would stay again!

Dog crap all over the parking lot, ended up stepping in it. Full on party with boom box speaker in room below kept me up all night.

I really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here twice. It’s not amazing, but it’s really very nice. The food is really good. The rooms are fine. I really wish they had smart tvs in the rooms. We stayed in a room with a kitchen this time and it was kind of weird. They had very few appliances and toolsto work with i probably wouldn’t do a room with a kitchen again. The people who work there are all very nice, but not always super helpful.

It was a great stay. Nice hotel, the breakfast was really good. They have a friendly staff. They have a shuttle that took us to the Graton Casino. I love this hotel. I would highly recommend to amyone.

Decided to do a quick little getaway, go eat some food, drink some beer at near by breweries & casino play. this was the perfect location. Not only is it down the street from Graton Casino, they also provide bus shuttles which I didn’t know until arrival! Great size room, super clean & friendly staff. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area
