Great space for 1 guest. Spacious fun lobby and restaurant area with best view of downtown. Delicious breakfast.

Hotel in Boston was awesome! Very mod and posh. Extremely clean. Staff was extremely helpful especially Abby. She explained how to use the modern tech to this older person. Very very happy. I would stay there again.

the room and view was lovely! however, after 6 am of our stay the ipad (to control the a/c) malfunctioned and stopped working. we had a late checkout of 2 pm and we notified them of the malfunction at 9:30 am and it did not get fixed before checkout so we were uncomfortably warm :( the breakfast was great considering the prices and the hotel itself is sooo cool on the inside

I love this place ,convenient for any TD Garden show or game , MY only "negative" for people of certain age is very annoying spend time trying to figure it out how everything works in the room using an IPAP

Perfect place to stay if you're visiting the TD Garden!! Close to a lot of shops and restaurants!!

CitizenM is consistent and the lobby is cozy. Room is okay, but temperature was cool. Inquired twice at front desk but they couldn’t get it any warmer.

Love this hotel!! It’s perfect for a quick trip to The Garden for a Bruins game. The hotel is super clean and convenient to everything.

It was a nice experience. The room is small, but it is controlled by the iPad and it is quiet. The pillows are not comfortable. They are too hard and too high. Wish they are filled with down. We liked the bar restaurant. They are artistically decorated and we like the books there. The food is very good.

It was fine. Just weird decor, felt like I was in the Shining in the room floor. Breakfast was ok-ish. Good location for game.

Great location. Clean, friendly, quiet, safe. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Love the tech touches. Interacted with many different staff and all were beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

A good one night stay for a Bruins game. Rooms are quite small. No privacy using the toilet. Tech is kinda cool.

Consistent citizenM experience. Bed pillows were too firm but I asked for and received softer pillows.

I really liked the option to pre-choose room cleaning days. The view, location, aesthetics, and room amenities were far better than I anticipated. The space was exactly what was needed for my business trip. My only issue was the fridge didn't seem very cold, but it wasn't not working so it was still fine.

The economy of space in the room, tech superiority, and incredible view.

Really cool hotel. Unique from most hotels. Very comfortable. It’s small but all you really need. iPad controls everything! Lights, blinds etc. Highly recommend.

Our stay at citizenM was absolutely amazing!! First off, thank you so much to Anthony, who helped us work out a reservation issue we had since we got to Boston a day late. The view from our room was incredible and the hotel is super close to local transportation and to Little Italy. The vibes and decor are so unique. We loved that they had water dispensers so that we could fill our reusable bottles or their glasses. Also, the hotel is very safe and quiet (besides the cheerful short post-game celebration after the Celtics won). Will be staying here again!

Really nice, convenient. Need larger trash bins in rooms. We will be back again.

I would have loved to give this place five stars, but had to reduce it to four due to a problem with the heat. No matter what I turned the heat to, it stayed at around 69. I don’t know if this was true in all the rooms or specific to my room, but by the time I got back after the concert I attended, I really didn’t have the energy to change rooms.
That having been said, the staff was quite helpful. They sent up warm covers, and treated me to a free breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was delicious!
Aside from the heat issue, I really loved the place. Very interesting decor, very comfortable, well designed rooms, nice amenities like a small refrigerator and an iPad that controlled almost all of the room functions. I intend to stay again!

I really loved this hotel when I first got there. The check in guys were super.I loved my room. However, the towels were scented and the duvet was alsoscented. I got a terrible headache from the duvet. The sheets were unscentedand of decent quality. The bed was not so good. I couldn't get comfortable for hours. Feeling exhausted by 2 am, I finally dozed off, only to wake early. Another reason I could not sleep was because a couple close by was up chatting until after 1:30 and I could hear them all too well.
It's very difficult to stop in front of the hotel and check in. If you have littleluggage, I recommend that you park first and walk to the hotel. There isparking right before the hotel. It cost me $75 for the night. The good news about that garage is that most of the walk to the hotel is indoors and it's very close. You only have to walk outside for less than a minute.
The hotel is in a great location if you are going to a concert or other venue at TD Garden. But, in the future, if I ever go back to a concert in Boston, I will choose to stay further away. The hotel is clean but smells like softener. If you are sensitive like me, ask for unscented towels and duvet covers. That would help a lot. I almost got up to call them, but at 11PM, it didn't feel right to disturb them and I doubt anyone was there to help.

It was a very easy check in and out process. The room is super clean and its location is very convinient . Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Loading, unloading and parking were a bit of a challenge without hotel staff at roadside

Remarkable! Will definitely stay again when we come to events at the Garden

Somehow there wasn’t an option to have our room cleaned during our 2.5 day stay so we had to find our own clean towels every day. Other than that the hotel overall was clean and felt safe

Lovely spot; stayed overnight for a Celtics game. Cute and chic; the lobby is less hotel and more art deco coffee house. It feels trendy and hip and fun. Staff members were all so pleasant. Check in will be on the fourth floor at a kiosk including making your own room key card as a staff member checks your id and welcomes you. All very modern with tech and amenities. However, their system had an issue where certain key cards created during a certain part of the day would not operate elevator nor open room. They had an escort that would bring guests up the lift and to each room and let them in. Issue was resolved about two hours later. The room though small has everything you need and the space is maximized. It’s clever. The pillows I found to be too thick and not enough give. I also don’t like one large comforter only. I’d like a sheet and comforter as I get hot at night. Tv, blinds, lights, temp controls, mood lighting, all operated by an iPad in the room. The do not disturb sign, the pen and paper are all personalized with fun messages. It’s a great spot in Boston. Close to so many things. A fun and electric vibe during game days/nights. Great places to shop and eat. Hotel is also LGBTQ welcoming. Definitely plan to stay here again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is extremely modern, things are automatized. The decor is artsy, which I really enjoyed. Staff is very friendly. You have options for cleaning your room, and you can cast shows or movies from your streamers. I'll be back to this one or others in other cities.

A great hotel while we came into the city for a Boston Celtics game. It was a quick walk to the TD Center. The decor is modern and the bed was very comfortable. We had an issue with the key card but the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They gave us complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience.

I like how close it is to the train station and subway system. Thoroughly enjoy the view from the room and, especially, the higher up you go.

The best, most kind, well mannered, sweetest, caring and lovely staff I’ve ever come across.

The location is perfect. Scenery was perfect. The only downfall was our bed was a bit worn in the middle that caused us to roll into each other
