I liked everything

The room was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the employees was very nice and helpful. Outside was very beautiful, the food was also great. I will be visiting this place again.

wish they had more activities you can do.

Staff was amazing and they helped me a lot. My score has nothing to do with their service. They are very professional and work as expected from hotel staff.

Lot. When I reached they said we don’t take cards , after requesting a lot they did take it at the end. At night AC was switched off and it got hot. They do that because of limited diesel. The fan didn’t have a button to switch off the lights . So lights were on if fan was on at night. Too many mosquitoes. There was a rooster around which will keep shouting all night and not let you sleep

No hot water, no water pressure in the shower

The breakfast was good and we need a big sign outside when people is coming to see the place easier.

So many flies you have to work about that because I didn't like to see flies in the room , in the restaurant .

I love this property. I consider it as my second home. I can’t complain. food was really good most of my time there. the new lady manager is on point with her managing skills.

I did like not having hot water two days after checking in. But the guys worked tirelessly and was able to resolve the hot water issue. 😊

Breakfast and the environment make me feel I am in the real Haiti back in the day.
