Excellant location. Cost effective.

Room facilities were not managed very well. Some parts were broken. But stayable.

Bonita y céntrica estancia para ver los mercadillos navideños

Ubicación perfecta! Al lado de la calle de tiendas y caminando cerca de todos los mercadillos navideños. Muy buena calefacción. Las puertas con el código funcionan muy bien

Que hubieran tenido un poco de flexibilidad con el check in y el check out o por lo menos poder dejar las maletas. Mánde emails y te contestan de manera automática e impersonal.

Die sehr zentrumsnahe Lage und das bequeme Bett. Küchenzeile ist vorhanden.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich die ganzen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen kann. Der Treppenaufgang zum Zimmer war Baustelle. Das Zimmer war an sich sehr klein, schlicht eingerichtet und ziemlich abgewohnt. Außerdem sehr hellhörig. Es wirkte ähnlich wie ein Hostel. Beworben wurde das Zimmer mit Familienzimmer. Ich hatte an eine Spielecke o.ä. Gedacht aber nichts kinderfreundliches war vorhanden. An der Unterkunft gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit zum Ausladen. In der Unterkunft war der Fön defekt. Auch Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage fand kein Austausch statt. Wir sind mit kleinem Kind angereist und das Babybett musste man selbst aufstellen und es wurde keine Bettwäsche dafür bereitgestellt. Preis/Leistung miserabel wenn man bedenkt, dass direkt gegenüber Luxus Apartments für 50€ mehr die Nacht angeboten wurden in unserem Reisezeitraum. Das vorgeschlagene Parkhaus kostet pro Nacht 20€ und nicht 10€. 10€ pro 0-24h. Eine Firmenrechnung wurde trotz über Booking gewählt, erst auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.

very good central stay in Düsseldorf - especially recommended for short-term stays!

We enjoyed our 7-day stay at Centerapartments Tonhallenstraße (apartment T22) in a very central location in Düsseldorf. The apartment is very close to the Japanese Quarter, the Inner City, Hofgarten and the main train station, which was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious and can easily host 3 (maybe 4) people). It has a small kitchen, which seemed to have everything you need (but we did not use it much, despite the provided tea and coffee - thank you!). We did not have much interaction with the host, but if we had any, it was always welcoming and kind. Overall, Centerapartments Tonhallenstraße might be not to cosiest stay for a long Düsseldorf stay like ours. But we were happy in general and would recommend staying there, especially for short-term stays.

The building and the apartment are a little rough around the egdes, but nothing that bothered us too much. Due to its central location you have a noise street (with tram) in front of the apartment T22, but with the windows closed, this was not a problem.

Spacious room, in the heart of the shopping district, comfortable and modern.

Clean, spacious, modern and new furnishings. Beds comfortable. Coffee and tea available.

The curtains didn’t quite reach all the way across the large window. The entry system to the room didn’t work when I arrived. The communication prior to arrival was too much, way to much, so that I could not find the important info of Room number, entry code, and address.

It was close to shops and restaurants, everything we needed was in the studio.

A bit noisy but that is expected being in the middle of the city

Very nice and clean apartment on a great location - there is an Aldi across the street and the main square is just minutes away. The owners were kind and responsive, they provided us with all necessary information that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing location. Only a 10/15 minute walk from Alt Stadt and a few minutes from the city centre. We also walked it from the train station which was just 15 minutes away. It was also super convenient to have Aldi just opposite the apartment! The apartment is also very nice and it was clean :)

We wish we were provided with a fee dishwasher pods. Although a dishwasher is nice to have, we could not utilise it because of this. Also, we would have liked if we were given more than one dish cloth to dry the dishes.

Location was excellent. Rooms a good size. Lovely big bath. Beds comfy. Loved the pictures and the coffee machine. Clean.

Good location, good recommendation for parking (even if the mentioned 10 EUR/day, is charged for each begun calendar day), friendly host Charan, apartment reasonably quiet. Good price-quality ratio, bed comfortable.

Not receiving the door key code easily: on their booking portal I learned that I only get it after 15h30 of my day of arrival, and when I arrived at 19h00, I stll did not had received it, so I contacted the host and was asked to get it from the booking portal, which is a joke when you are standing with the suitcase on the street in front of the apartment. Only then I was able to receive it by WhatsApp. Being bombarded by emails and SMS from Booking and Centerapartments, with mostly the same text again and again, I thing it were at least 10. They were nagging to complte the pre-cheking formsheet gto provide my email, on which I just received these mails... When we arrived the apartment was cold, as the heating was turned off and a window left open at about 8 deg outside. No heating in the bathroom. Kitchen facilities are quite basic (but acceptable for the price)

The location is great for exploring Düsseldorf on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and replied to messages quickly.

We found the 4pm check in to be late.

Great stay in centrally located apartment!

centrally located with clear instructions how to get there. It was clean, there was tea&coffee available. Amazing shower, comfortable beds and a nice television with a great choice of movies/series! Perfect for a short stay in Düsseldorf

There’s no view from the apartment. also we could hear the upstairs neighbours trough the ceiling: but that’s out of the control of the owners of course!

Great place to stay

It‘s a great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very clean and really easy to access. The location is safe and surrounded by restaurants, shopping center and supermarket Aldi. Everything you need for a great stay and explore Düsseldorf. Thanks to Firdaouss for a great service. We are going to book it again. Highly recommend to book this apartment!
