Not for family stay, avoid at all cost!

This place is close to a college campus and they allow students to book rooms during the weekend for partying etc. So when we stayed there, the entire place was loud and it went on late in the night. The washroom was not clean and had a filthy smell to it. We even ended up cancelling another Treebo booking we had made earlier purely because of our experience here.

Door mat provided in the room 102 was very old, dirty and beyond the scope of reuse. Presence of flies in the dining area.The food is not protected from insects in the dining and kitchen area.Should provide air curtains at doors,insect catcher at kitchen and dining area The non air conditioned stair case area and verandhas have no ventilation and are very hot.Need to provide one good exhaust fan or even an opening of minimum 450mm dia with mosquito net at the topmost point of the head room to suck out hot air.This will give a chimney effect and provide comfort at lower areas at less cost. Rooms are verandhas are little bit conjusted and nothing can be done now.

It was a great experience! I have stayed there for the 2nd time in 4 months for me

Service was a little slow and the kitchen closed at 10:15pm .

The reception staff was courteous, the room service staff was ok. one of the security guards, whose duty starts at 12-noon stared at women, which is not good practice. There was no information about the local sightseeing and nobody at the hotel showed their interest to inform about the same.

The lift is too small.

Perfect Location. Good breakfast. Clean and Spacious Rooms. Professional Staff. Overall very good stay

Good clean spacious rooms and washrooms with all necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast served was excellent, healthy and had options. Staff were well behaved, professional and polite. The location being just 100-200 metres inside from the KIIT main road helps as well.

Rooms And Food service

The rooms are so Good and we'll design.All the amenities are provided when we are checked in. Every staff member was so cooperative for us.Our stay was very tremendous.Its very near to KIIT and KIMS. The food quality was Really good. The restaurant's ambitions were so nice when we entered the area. Sure I will recommend everyone when you come to Bhubaneswar plz must visit once Lazystay Elite.
