El desayuno es bueno y café bastante bueno (que es de agradecer). La ubicación, sencillamente perfecta y el personal muy amable

La habitación, pequeñita, tenía bastante ruido, tanto de la calle como interior, ya que sonaba constantemente un ruido como de agua muy desagradable.

No es un 4 estrellas ni de lejos.

La ubicación es buena

Pone que es de 4 estrellas, y ya te digo yo que ni 3 estrellas. Hab. 504: La taza con suciedad que ni se iba, moho en la ducha, estanterías rotas. Tras quejarme, la primera respuesta es que estaban llenos, cuando dije que me iba y que quería el dinero, llamaron al gerente y sorpresa me cambiaron de habitación (406). Estaba limpia y sin moho, tuvimos que dormir con el ruido continuo de la cisterna del baño que no se cargaba del todo porque perdía agua.

In my observation, the place is old, not done tastefully, and it did not create a peaceful relaxing energetic field.. The mattress was very hard and it hurt my back; so sleep was not restful at all; the plastic desk chair was also very uncomfortable. The internet was on and off. The lights in the hallway were motioned sensored and the place is dark when one gets off the room or out of the elevator to step into hallway. I can see a high room rate for the location, yet the conditions do not justify it. The room rate if you book outside of booking was almost 100.00 less;. to me this difference is not acceptable.

It is not this specific hotel, all hotels I would say, in Spain, we stayed in, have their showers or bath tubs with half doors, so when you take a bath the water spills all over the bathroom. We will like to see doors that close completely and avoid the wet floors of the bathrooms after the daily shower.

Excellent hotel, very comfy with welcoming staff and very good value for money

The hotel was very comfortable, bed excellent and room clean and well appointed. The only small niggle was that it was noisy from people in the street at night. But this has to be balanced by the central location. All in all an excellent hotel that offers very good value for money

Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good. They had a variety of hot & cold items available. There was coffee and water available for guests all day. Rooms were clean, but small. It’s conveniently located near the city center. Metro station near by.

We got what we paid for so can't really complain

Amazingly comfy beds and amazing shower! Was able to travel with our dog and they provided a bed and bowl .. albeit for an extra 25 euros. It's free if you book direct with them. The location was great and close to metro stops and the palace. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice although we had to leave at 7.30am, the same time breakfast started. They did give us a paper bag and let us pack some things up which we appreciated.

The corridors in the hotel are really dark, shabby, scuffed and quite dirty. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel, to me very much 3 star as has zero facilities. They have a coffee machine you can use for free but all served in paper cups. There's no lobby or other place to hang out. Reminded me of a basic IBIS but with better beds and bigger TVs in the room ;-). That said compared to other prices in Madrid it was cheap so I didn't go with vast expectations.

Everything was clean and the location was perfect. In the very center, near all the important tourist places

The hotel was not a 4 star standard. The floor is not great, everything was very old. It really needs to remodel. The first room they showed us was very cold. They moved to another one that was better and they gave us a very old heat device, but it was still not comfortable. Also, both rooms were very dark.

Okay but not 4 stars.

Good central location and decent room size.

It is a bit worn down, the bathroom door is slightly see-through and doesn’t close completely and the room is dark because of the building right behind the window.
